SLEEPING QUARTERS

The Primary Suite features a King bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the lake, where you can take in truly spectacular mountain views.

The first Guest Room includes a Queen bed and a flatscreen TV, while the second Guest Room offers two Twin beds. Both Guest Rooms share convenient access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. A half bath is also located downstairs for added ease.

This is a beautiful house in a picturesque location! The home was very well stocked. Location is close to hiking, biking, golf, and shopping. Absolute gem! And Acme house management was excellent to work with. Friendly, always available, and solved any issues asap. We will rent here again!

Mountain View Oasis at PGA West was perfect for our adult family. Located very close to a very nice community pool and hot tub with amazing views! The condo was nicely stocked and very clean. The ACME management company was very attentive and easy to work with all week long.

Loved our visit in PGA West! The home was beautiful, lovely view of mountains and quiet location (minus the loud geese in the lake). Had everything we needed and close proximity to nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Hosts were friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend.

  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:
