We stayed in La Quinta for a long weekend and enjoyed the place for being very close to La Quinta downtown with lots of cute restaurants and shops. Also, the house was only a few blocks from a beautiful hiking trail along the mountains, great for walking the dog, or biking. The house was very spacious, clean and has a nice pool and hot tub (which was not heated but can be heated for a fee during winter time).

Loved this place, plenty of towels, all the pots and pans you need. There isn’t a sofa bed it’s an actual bed which was a plus! Would definitely come back!

The place was very homey. The perfect size for 6 people! It had all the amenities needed for a good stay. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I wish that the patio furniture was cleaner and better quality, it would make relaxing outside a little more inviting. The house is on a noisier street, so when drinking coffee outside it can be loud. Overall would recommend.

It was one of the best stays I had in Palm Desert. House was super clean and extremely well equipped for a group to stay. Kitchen has everything you need! We were there during a heat wave, but the AC and provided fan kept us cool. The pool felt great and is salt water, so your skin will thank you! We traveled with our dog, who also had a blast. So impressed with how well stocked it was with towels, soap, utensils etc. Only slight negative feedback is that the garden area could do with a little tidy, and pool (although clean enough to use) could do with a scrub. But overall, a wonderful stay. Very happy and would definitely come again!

Great size property, more sinks than you can shake a stick at, good location, massive living area and large pool for the size of the garden. Very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, appliances, bedding, towels, washing liquid etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a perfect place for our family of 4! Upon walking in from the attached garage (this is KEY), we loved the high ceilings and the wide open floor plan. It was very well maintained and super clean. Each of the 3 bedrooms were large and quiet given it’s not next to any busy roads and as there is excellent sound proofing. With all of us being light sleepers, we all very much appreciated not being able to hear every motion and random noises throughout the house. This gave extra peace of mind that the young one wouldn’t be awoken every hour. Honestly, none of us have ever slept that well in an Airbnb!! The master bedroom felt like a true master in terms of how large it was and as there was a nice sized walk in closet that was nice to store our luggage out of the way. Also loved that both the bathrooms had detachable shower heads! The kitchen was modern and had all the necessities, making it easy to cook meals for the family. Nice to have a dishwasher as well. Now to the best part! The pool in the backyard was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice as it is larger than it looks and as was the case with the rest of the house, well maintained. The kids both loved it, especially how there was a spa part that connected to the rest of the pool with a waterfall. You can’t beat having your own private pool that provides endless and easily accessible entertainment at all times (outside of quiet hours of course)! I should mention that there is a retractable awning as well

The house was nice and clean, AC worked great. Kitchen was nice also. We didn't cook just use the refrigerator that kept everything cold. It does have alot road noise ! Didn't like that part as we just wanted quite and Relaxation . Enjoyed the Broken Yoke for breakfast !!

Overall, property was very clean and comfortable. However, on day one the pool was not swim-ready. It had cloudy water; the kind of cloudy it gets when it’s very low on chlorine. But we immediately called Vacasa and they were able to send someone out the next day before Noon to clean. Great customer service, thank you. We enjoyed the large kitchen that was stocked with utensils, dishes, and kitchen appliances. There was both a Keurig and a coffee pot machine! We especially appreciated the linen cabinet with a bountiful supply of bathroom and pool towels, as well as bed linens. The house also provided a few floor tower fans which was nice. The 3 bedroom TVs have Roku for smart TV apps but the living room TV did not -only had cable. It was fine. It was nice to park our suburban in the garage! The house is very local to stores and the Living Desert Zoo. We definitely look forward to returning in the future. :-).

Excellent home in an excellent location. Stores and restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. Very clean and yes, very family and pet friendly! The pool is a bit small but it was a good size for our family to have plenty of fun. It has lots of shade for the afternoon sun, as well. We had a great time here! Only bummer is the late check-in and early check-out, but we knew that going in…FYI, we were a few minutes late getting out and there was already someone outside waiting on the street to come in. Not sure if it was housekeeping or management, so make sure to be out at 10am sharp!

This place was perfect for our away conference. This home was spacious with lots of room. It's located on a busy street, but that didn't deter our stay. It was close enough to shopping, theatre, etc. Overall the house was clean (found some dust under the sofa and on some tables; spider webs could be seen in the window corners) and in order. One bad thing was that the smoke detector/carbon monoxide monitor was beeping (need new batteries?) our entire stay (we got used to it). The pool needed cleaning (it was full of leaves, dirt on the bottom of the pool, rocks from the side area in the spa - maybe needs to be cleaned between guests) and once it was done, it was amazing and refreshing. Overall our stay was great and would love to return in the future. Thank you Lovely La Quinta Home.

This is a comfortable desert home with a great pool. The pool area is fairly private, although the elevation of the lot means you can look over the property wall and make eye contact with the neighbors across the road. They can't see the pool or anyone under 5ft 5, however. Beds were comfortable, and use of the garage for parking offers some peace of mind and makes loading and unloading luggage a lot easier. We had a very nice time hanging out in the pool all day.

This was a great home! It was in a quiet neighborhood. We did hear a few cars periodically, but it wasn’t bad (we live in a really quiet place, so we are a bit sensitive to noise). The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with appliances and cookware. The pool and spa area was so relaxing, with a view of the gorgeous mountains. Also, we didn’t realize that a fabulous walking trail is a couple of blocks away. It hugs the mountains and is stroller and wheelchair friendly. It starts at the Cove Oasis Trails and stretches a few miles (we actually took it all the way into town - about 1.5 miles). The home was very cozy and clean. Communication with Vacasa was easy and helpful. We loved that we could bring our little dog (there was even a doggie door). :) After four nights in the warm weather and comfy home, we feel relaxed and rejuvenated! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed this home. It was exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub some, but once we got there we realized you have to stay for a minimum of 3 days, have to pay extra, and have to call them 24 hours in advance. We may have missed that alert, and that was disappointing; but overall the stay was great and it was just what we needed.

A wonderful private home with my friends in La Quinta. This home was perfect for a getaway! There was great effective communication on how to enter, how to check-in, and answers for the questions I asked. It was absolutely clean, plenty of materials for our stay (such as cooking, plates, etc.) and lots of towels for my friends and me. The pool was my favorite part, especially lounging in hot weather! This place is near the mountains, which has a huge nature feel to it! Love this place

I booked this place for my kids & I to get away & be able to enjoy a pool at our leisure. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed I was able to make delicious meals & enjoy our time. If I had to say anything bad about the place would be the main tv instructions are not current but after a few tries we got it to work. Also, the fact that we had to pay extra to have the jacuzzi turned on was horrible the amount that is charged is astronomical so we did not get to have that relaxing feature on the property.

Well I'm guessing this is another review prior to the one I did through Vacasa. Just let me say by far this house is a 10 I'm my book. Compare to my last house we went for last year. Everything is there for you minus the seasonings and stuff. That's base on your taste so you'll have bring that yourself. I'm happy!! That's all I can say, just bring good vibes and happiness.
