Great communication from the hosts before our visit and an extremely efficient check-in process. This beautiful home looked amazing in the online listing and exceeded our high hopes from the moment arrived. The main living area is filled with natural light and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family. The backyard in particular was a hit with both adults and kids as we were all able to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. We had a great long weekend and were sad to leave. We’d definitely stay here on any future visit to La Quinta!

Location for us was perfect. House was as described. Enough room and seating inside and more outside. Our only 2 issues (minor though it may be) the shower curtain in the small bathroom was too short and constantly blew out at you making it difficult to shower. The floors made my white socks very dirty on the bottom. We would rent again.

The backyard is huge and private. The perimeter is secure for big dogs and there is plenty of shade and grass for them close to the pool. There is plenty of space and several seating and lounge areas that are comfortable and well furnished. The pool is great. When it became dirty after a windy night I texted guest services and the pool people were there in under an hour. So good customer service. I will definitely book again

We loved our stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I was a little worried about the pool cleaning and landscaping that was set to happen while we were there but the pool cleaner came super early and was very efficient and quiet. The landscaper didn't come but all the landscaping was very well-maintained so it really wasn't in need. I was surprised at just how easy, accommodating, and pleasant the whole stay was since it doesn't always work out that way with big companies with many properties. We really couldn't have asked for more.

Love the house but the yard is the best part by far. It’s super private and clean, exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t love that the pool guy and landscaping guys came onto the property without any notice, it would have been nice to know they typically come on xx day at least. There aren’t any blinds or curtains so although the big glass doors are beautiful and perfect when no one is able to come into the yard, it’s a little like a fish bowl when someone else is in the yard working. Anyway, I loved our stay and would absolutely come again.

The gate to the yard slams a bit, it would good to cushion the loud bang it makes, not a large issue. A bit more toilet paper would be appreciated and USEFUL! We spent 4 wonderful nights at this property in late December. The place was exactly as described (or even better). The space was perfectly laid out for our family of 4 (2 Teenagers). We loved lounging by the pool and hot tub, playing endless games of bocce ball and enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains. The place was clean and very well stocked. It was close to Old Town La Quinta where we enjoyed a number of great restaurants. If you're considering the La Quinta area for a vacation you'd be hard pressed to find a better option than this house.

What a quaint and peaceful location, we loved spending our time mostly at the house because it was so comfortable. Our trip to this home was amazing. The posted photos were accurate representation of the listing. The home had a hotel feel, kitchen was fully equipped to cook right away, the bathrooms had everything needed and the bedrooms had nothing short of a hotel feel/quality. The biggest gem, the outdoor space and pool. Most of our day was spent outside swimming and sun bathing. The neighborhood is very peaceful and location is nicely tucked away for a real vacation feel.

This home was even better than the pictures! We had such an amazing time here! The yard size was incredible and allowed for total privacy on ALL sides of the house while also providing 180 degree views of the mountains. The home itself is immaculate! There are thoughtful touches like labels on cabinets and shelving so you know where everything is in the kitchen, bedrooms, and even what all the light switches connect to! The beds were extremely comfy and the AC worked great against the 110 degree heat. The pool was perfect for our family of five. There were pool floats AND a plug-in pump in case you wanted to blow up your own. The outdoor space is carefully laid out, with every corner of the yard being usable space- the bocci court was so much fun! We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and it was like staying at a hotel with special amenities like bathrobes in each room. We didn’t even have to worry about taking trash cans out and back in. Vacasa took care of it. Loved the bocce ball court - such a unique feature! We opted not to heat the pool and it was definitely cool but we were still able to get in on the days it was over 90 degrees outside. Overall, great stay and appreciated the professionalism of the management company.

Beautiful cozy home with great views of the mountains. The outdoor area is spacious and great for get togethers or to just simply relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. Outside temperatures were well over 100 and you could not tell while inside, I was a bit skeptical about this as the “house rules” state to keep the thermostat at no lower than 76 degrees, but man was I wrong. The house was cool and relaxing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

We had a really great stay here. We're 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable and spread out. Beds and bedding were ample and comfortable. Great outdoor areas and seating options. Pool was fantastic. If you need air at night I'd suggest bringing and extra fan, one of the rooms was a bit stuffy. We did visit during a heatwave. Really magical place overall.

We came to get out of the cold ....fell in love with the layout of the house, pool, hot tub, outdoor lounge and dining areas. The neighborhood is quiet, the view is gorgeous and the pool pure heaven. It was perfect for two couple as each had own bedroom and bath. The house is well supplied in the kitchen, pool towel, bathrobes (great for morning and night by the pool) laundry facilities. Downtown Old La Quinta is charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!!
