Vibrant landscaping surrounds this gated property, offering complete privacy and unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. This stunning 2,064 square-foot home displays a hacienda-style design with Spanish tile and vaulted ceilings.
Your desert daydream boasts a spa, a lagoon pool, and ample outdoor entertaining space. Unwind on the covered patio equipped with misters or gather around the firepit at dusk.
Natural light pours in through sliding glass doors that lead to a covered patio. Recline on an armchair, sleeper sofa, and couch for a movie on the 60-inch TV. A game room has a ping pong table/ pool table, darts, a card table, a treadmill, and a daybed that offers additional slumber space. Prepare home-cooked meals in the updated kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a side-by-side refrigerator.
Two bicycles, books, video games, and a washer/dryer are provided. Water cascades over a tranquil boulder water feature into the lagoon-style pool and spa on the double-lot compound. Sunbathe on four loungers, sip refreshing beverages at several sitting areas, or gather at the clay fire pit with three Adirondack chairs. The covered patio is the social heart of the home and is equipped with a grill and alfresco dining at three tables.
Spend a leisurely afternoon in Old Town La Quinta, an outdoor shopping/dining village with boutiques, eateries, live music, and a weekly outdoor market -- just 1 mile from home. Walk a half-mile to Fritz Burns Park or enjoy numerous nearby hiking and biking nature trails.
THINGS TO KNOW: Streaming services are available using your own accounts. Local regulations require that a VIRTUAL CHECK-IN be complete within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. If you wish to have the pool heated,there is a $125 a day fee and please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Great place. Stayed here with 3 other guys for our Ironman 70.3. I will note that two of the beds are in a loft with stairs that would be hard to access if you are not able bodied or are over weight. But, the place is great super comfortable and very nice outdoor space. Plus Vacasa is super helpful if you need anything.

Book on Vacasa to Save Money!

This property is operated through Vacasa. The only thing VRBO does is charge a "service fee". But the house.. The house is nice and big. It was very clean and the AC works good in the desert heat! The layout is a little awkward, but we were not in the house long. The pool and hot tub were clean. Propane was stocked. Nothing bad to say about this stay, I would stay here again.

House is like a little Mexican casita hideaway perfect for families with kids. Private wall around the whole property with a pool and shade in the front lawn of the house. The aesthetic wasn’t something I would have in my home but cool to see a different style. The living room with loft room, Pool table, families games and more was a great touch for the kids. I could even see this as a great house for young adults during those desert festivals.

A wonderful place for a getaway. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood. Inside: one main bedroom and bath seem newer. One smaller bedroom and bath that seems a little older. Everything we needed inside as far as bathroom amenities and kitchen needs. Outside had everything for a relaxing getaway. Pool was wonderful. BBQ was clean.pool table and plenty of games kept us occupied. Would look forward to staying there again.

Loved the property, neighborhood & had a wonderful time. The only thing to note about the house is that the layout is unorthodox and you essentially walk through the master to get to the rec room. But that didn’t bother us at all.

The only comment that we were in manager, is it a little bit of a -1st got in the house that had a smell… But once we open up all the windows, everything was fine… Not sure if you want to install air fresheners so when people arrive, they don’t smell any lingering odors lol… I am honestly that was just such a small issue for us

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
