Off the dining room, double doors lead to the patio, where you will find seating around the private pool and rock waterfall. Take refreshing swims while admiring in stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains! Enjoy a movie on the 50' TV or sit by the stone fireplace in the comfy living room. The kitchen opens to the dining area and features a gourmet gas range and gleaming stainless steel appliances. Off the living area is a patio that encourages open-air family dinners; fire up the gas grill and enjoy the balmy afternoons. The primary suite is a calming space with rustic-chic wood furniture and a king bed with crisp white linens. A 46in TV is mounted on the wall, and double doors lead out to the backyard patio. We had a really nice time staying in this home. Check-in was super easy, and we found the house spotless and ready. Our daughter especially loved playing in the pool and the spa-- it's so nice to find a rental with easy heating-- and we were very comfortable during our visit. Our only suggestion would be that the property managers also put Rokus in the living room and master like they've done in the guest/kids' rooms so adult guests can use streaming services more easily (we ended up watching movies as a family mostly in our daughter's smaller room because the bigger rooms only had DirectTV). Other than that, the home had everything we needed.

We were there for my birthday, just 3 women getting away for the weekend. Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Instructions and additional info are on the tablet that is left on the kitchen counter, and the pool/spa is easily controlled with a separate tablet. Questions are quickly answered via text or email. We used all the amenities, including the back yard and bbq, and everything worked perfectly. Looking forward to doing it again soon.

We stayed at "La Quinta Cove 3BR/2BA Pool/Jacuzzi & Mtn views" and I must say that the photos don't do this place justice-- the house is much bigger than it appears in the photos! A couple of months ago, we booked a home from a different management company, and we had such an TERRIBLE experience. HOWEVER, TurnKey was extremely far from a terrible host. They are VERY responsive and VERY professional. TurnKey provided full and extensive details for our reservation (I wish I had read through it more closely so I would've known that the main entrance was through the garage haha), and made sure this home was spotless and up to sanitation standards considering we're currently living in unprecedented times with COVID. Needless to say, TurnKey reestablished our trust in using Airbnb! Would absolutely book with them again in the future!

Great house for my husband and I, we loved it, the pool is small but is perfect for 2 or a small family.. decor was beautiful. And was very quiet around us.. cons: the pool was in the front of the house and the backyard and grill in the back.. a little weird since you want to grill and swim when is 105 outside! But we didn't mind much we had a great time!! Jacuzzi was soo relaxing and the mountain views from the pool was beautiful! Also there's shade on the pool most of the day! So that is great on a summer day!! Location was great too!!

Excellent rental! Place was sparkling clean. We received a super quick confirmation and check in information several days before rental, didn’t worry once about the logistics. Pool and spa came with clear instructions for use and warmed up quick. Plenty of towels, outdoor seating, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Place is thoughtfully stocked and decorated nicely, very homey and comfortable. Would rent again.

Amazingly absolutely love this house we had a wonderful experience and an amazing time. The place is absolutely beautiful it was specious and we had room for everyone. Thank you for also having The Chinese checkerboard we had so much fun playing that game every single night it really brought the family together. The privacy of the home was wonderful and my whole family enjoyed the pool outside which is something that never happens. Excellent stay at this beautiful property

This property is very clean, well stocked, spacious and nicely decorated inside and outside. We made a last minute decision to spend the weekend in La Quinta and this property was just an excellent choice. The pool is not very big, it's more like a dipping pool, but it is very nice with a waterfall and spa attached, along with a great view! We were overall very impressed by the condition of the property and TurnKey for their excellent customer service.

Our stay the at house had exceeded our expectations. The early check in and late check out made it very convenient for my group and I. The house was so clean and well stocked with all the supplies we needed. I've rented multiple of times and nothing has ever exceeded my expectations like this house. I would stay at the same house again when I return to La Quinta! Thank you so much for the hospitality I recommended this house to so many family and friends after I returned home, everything was as pictured!

La Quinta Tennis Vacation

We spent a week at the house with friends. The house was very clean and very comfortable and was a reasonable distant from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. We also appreciated that the Tennis Channel was available at the house! Instructions were easy to follow. The air conditioning wasn't working when we first arrived. Turnkey responded immediately and had it fixed later that evening. The pool is small but was very clean and perfect for a cool down after a hot day. We would consider staying here again

The house was very clean, and nice (same as pictures posted). Pool is small but that's all you need for warm desert days. Something to dip and keep cool. All instructions were easy to follow. Turnkey responded immediately to any questions we had. Weekend went off without a hitch!!!

Important Details Before You Book

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.

Travel Insurance:

Consider Sun Trip Preserver insurance for added coverage consideration.
