For us this was on the perfect location. A full kitchen was magnificent & being on the ground floor was great - step out to the pool & hot tub. We had a few challenges with the QR code to get in, we managed to get that one resolved. The key to get out of the compound, if on foot, didn’t work so for about 5 days I was having to get the manager to open the in gate for me, until they got the replacement key - they were all super accommodating. The retro style was cool however the couch & seating in the lounge were not very comfortable. Unfortunately the extra beds aren’t pulls out couches/sofas - one was a mattress and the other a trundle bed. Unfortunately there was little information on how to operate the AC & the rules around when the pools are open & where in the compound the condo is as well as how to get out if on foot. None of these really affected our stay and we plan to stay there again next year.

Amazing Stay!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the extra touches, like coffee and fresh towels. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see but still peaceful. Communication with the host was seamless; they were quick to respond and offered great local tips. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Perfect get away

Everything was thought out to the fully equipped kitchen all the way through to the bathroom. And if you forgot any toiletries..there were extras there. Sitting outside, having coffee and watching the ducks was the highlight of our mornings. Pool was inviting and clean and we made use of that also. Highly recommend this oasis in the desert

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
