Host barbeque nights with our modern BBQ grill and prep counter. Our outdoor dining table seats 8, so gather around and enjoy al fresco dining as the sun sets. SLEEPING QUARTERS
Our primary suite showcases a king-size bed adorned with whimsical wallpaper. Unwind in the evenings with a movie or book on the smart TV, nestled in the comfort of velvety lounge chairs. Enjoy direct access to the pool patio through sliding glass doors, perfect for leisurely sunbathing and refreshing dips in the pool. The ensuite bathroom offers an added touch of luxury with its stunning double vanity, expansive walk-in glass shower, and a vintage-style bathtub for indulgent soaks.

The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, with rich blue wallpaper and a fun headboard that gives the space a rich personality. The smart TV adds to the entertainment. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which features a queen size bed, champagne and white tiger themes, and subtle animal print wallpaper. With a lounge chair, walk-in closet, and smart TV, this room is both totally cozy and utterly unique. The fourth bedroom comes with a queen size bed and gold accents throughout, like the gold wallpaper and gold-laced comforter. A smart TV and funky art make this an excellent pick for any guest. House Rules

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property. If the damage protection is declined, an additional $5,000 security deposit is required
  • The pool is heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 29 nights or longer:

Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any
