Spending Christmas at this family cabin was truly magical. From the moment we walked in, we felt wrapped in warmth and holiday cheer thanks to the beautiful decorations and thoughtful touches throughout. The cabin was cozy in all the best ways, comfy beds that made it easy to rest and recharge, a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking meals a joy, and plenty of games that brought us together for laughter-filled evenings. We loved that our dog was just as welcome as we were, with supplies that showed real care and attention. Curling up by the wood-burning fireplace after a winter day was the perfect way to end each night. This cabin gave us everything we needed to slow down, connect, and create special Christmas memories we’ll cherish for years to come. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect holiday getaway.

Very nice quiet street. About 20-25 minute walk to the village center. Easy check in and parking. Comfortable beds, with plenty of additional pillows and blankets. Clean and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras that were very handy. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the overall cozy and warm atmosphere of the house. The host was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place for any size group.

Great stay! Truly a home away from home. Close distance to town and great area to walk around and enjoy nature. Enjoyed the enormous balcony. Definitely would recommend to stay here if you’re in Idyllwild.

We had a great time, lovely rental. AC was good, fast wifi, fireplace in working order, kitchen well stocked for cooking basics. Thankful for another reviewer mentioning that coffee was Keurig so we knew to bring a french press to make coffee we brought.

Lovely place to stay and the AC was ideal with heatwave! Well appointment kitchen with everything you need. Only thing to keep in mind is the back yard is not fully fenced so can’t have dog off leash other than the deck.

Our family stayed in this cabin for Easter break. The cabin is beautifully decorated and clean. There are enough books to enjoy. The views from the porch and the rooms are breathtaking.! It’s surrounded by beautiful nature and walking distance to a great trail

Very cozy stay. Easy access and smooth check in. The rental management was easy to get in contact with. The cabin honestly looks better than the pictures. We stayed after Christmas and the Christmas tree and decorations were a cute touch. :)

We came for a quick weekend getaway and we were absolutely comfortable and had the most wonderful time. The meadow creek has good internet, full kitchen with all necessary items and also a washer and dryer. The house is also private and is close to the Ernie Maxwell trail for a nice hike. Definitely will recommend.

I was highly impressed with Vacasa's responsiveness. On day 1, the key was jammed in the lockbox, and Vacasa's number was visible on the front for me to call. Customer service walked me through alternative access in less than 5 minutes. The house was homey, beautiful, modern, and sleek, and it felt more comfortable the more extended the stay. I didn't want to leave! I trust this local company and will contact them again for my next Idyllwild stay.

was wonderful trip and sweet home we enjoyed very much . Only one thing i like share my thought for here We book 3 days 2 nights But we follow your rule check in 4 pm on Friday later afternoon check out 10 am Sunday very early morning is like 2 nights one day . Is not like we book 3 days 2 night . Even I call or email the company they can’t do anything. How is airbnb company adjust that ? Also I think should be flexible just like hotels not much different make travelers easier convenient. Happy holidays.

The house was well decorated and fun for our family. We love the back yard and location next to the Ernie Maxwell Trail. House had lots of games and cozy fireplace. Furniture is stylish and each room having additional heaters made it comfortable on the colder nights.

We had a wonderful time here. Very homey house—I was worried about warmth, but the electric heaters kept our bedrooms plenty warm, and it was lovely always having a wood fire going. Lots of fun books and toys to keep the kids busy. There was a sled and a very fun sledding hill in the backyard. The only thing that I would change is that the house had a lot of knick knacks that we had to hide from our toddler. Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable stay in a wonderful location!
