This was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had plenty of amenities, including extra towels, blankets, and beds. It was also conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Idyllwild. My only complaint is that one of the listing photos showed a fire pit, and my kids were really looking forward to making s’mores. Unfortunately, there was no fire pit when we arrived. Aside from that disappointment, everything else was wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.

A very welcoming and cozy place that truly felt like home—only neater and surrounded by peaceful scenery. Such a wonderful cabin! They had an inviting winter scene on the tv with music playing when we arrived. Cabin was clean with plenty of towels. Spa was heated as well. Enough kitchen towels and dishware for everyone. We really liked the quiet neighborhood too. A plus was the games and puzzles.

I rented the cabin to have a little getaway with my 3 best friends and my dog. We had the most lovely stay and are already talking about when we can rent the place again! The fenced-in yard was perfect for my dog. We enjoyed playing board games with the fireplace on at night. There are some great hiking trails close by, and it was so relaxing to come back and sit in the hot tub. The host was super responsive and accommodated an early check-in for us which we appreciated very much!

There were seven of us, from 14 years old to 79, and the space worked well. It was clean and there were good spaces for people to be either together or have time by themselves. Having three bathrooms was perfect for our group. The hot tub was a nice feature. We also enjoyed the front and back patios. The spaces were comfortable and I loved being able to be outside or inside. We hosted a dinner outside one evening, which was lovely with the lights. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and preparing meals.We enjoyed completing several puzzles and playing some games. It was great to have them available to use.It was just a few minutes drive to town. We would stay here again, given the opportunity. Although we may only stay with up to six people, since the seventh person ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. It would be great if the little room off of the living room had a pull out couch for one or two people because it could be used as another sleeping room with a bit more privacy than the living room. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Just a heads up that there does not seem to be central air. The week we went, the temperature during the day was in the low 80s, and there were some days when it was a bit warm until we could open up the house around dusk. There were two portable air conditioners upstairs- one for each side, which helped. If it had been any warmer, we would definitely have wanted a place with central air to be more comfortable.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
