My family had a great stay at Vacasa California, my kids keep wishing we lived there. There is plenty of space for everyone to hangout and have a good time. I would definitely book this home again !

Great pet friendly house and you cannot beat the location. Super easy access to downtown Pismo, Oceano Dunes, Hwy 101 access, and so many great restaurants. The house itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The Nintendo Switch, and small library of games, was an unexpected bonus. The small fenced yard was perfect for the dog.

This B&B was more convenient for our family instead of booking a hotel. Their price was actually less than what we would’ve paid a hotel for two weeks.. and it’s just down the street from three different beaches

We had a great stay here! Perfect for two small families to meet up. The kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, garage had more than enough room to store our vehicles too. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

Stayed the weekend for my son’s football tournament nearby. The home was great! Well equip with everything you would need for a weekend away. The home was beautiful and spacious for our party. The location was perfect to visit nearby beaches and near shopping areas. Will definitely stay again.
I stayed here with my sister and teenage nephews for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described and pictured. The home was clean and the neighboorhood was quiet. My nephews enjoyed the Nientendo Switch and my sister and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar! This home is conveniently located so we were able to easily drive up to Farmer's Market in San Luis Obispo one night and then go to the Melodrama in Oceano the next night. This place is five stars, strongly recommend, will be staying here again.

We took our boys and their wives for a short getaway to Pismo. The house was just as described- with a lot more comforts than expected. We would definitely stay again- as long as the fix the trash can in the kitchen. The broken lid was annoying.

We rented this place for a family trip, and we all enjoyed our stay. This home had everything that we needed (and more). We have large vehicles and were worried that not even one would fit in the garage, but the garage is extra large, so my Yukon fit with plenty of space to spare. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, spacious and efficient home. Parking was challenging for large vehicle and house faces across driveway to another house so no direct views towards the ocean from the small decks, but otherwise it was excellent.

great location, lots of space. we found the lock to be a little difficult to open and got locked out on one occasion over a weekend but got a call back from Vacasa to assist in 30 minutes. The home was very clean and we loved the patios.

Very nice, clean and comfortable for our family group of 7. Would be nice to have a queen bed instead of a double. May want to provide info regarding doggy door- it is only for very small dogs. One main reason we stayed there was to accommodate our golden retriever, but she could not use the door. It all worked out, but would have been nice to know before.

The Santa Tomas house was great for a family and dogs. The house was very clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen was great for preparing turkey for thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities Nice to have 3 parking spots bathrooms were clean and towels were stocked. The house is centrally located to so many restaurants and shopping and beach! Steps were not good for older people as it is a 2 story home. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful home less than 10 minutes from beach. Nearby local park with tennis court, basketball court and children’s playground. 5 minute drive to many stores and restaurants. House had ample room and had many air beds and entertainment options. We were able to cook and relax in beautiful Grover Beach
