I really enjoyed my stay! The hosts were very kind, the parking was easy, beds were comfortable, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled amazing (I forgot to take a pic so I could but some lol) and the place was very clean with clear instructions. There was wifi, a television, coffee pot, and all the other things you would need for your stay.

It's super close to Pismo State Beach, so it's perfect for us since we want to fish and clam. The house is clean, tidy, and has everything we need.

Another great stay in a quiet and convenient location. We came back for a repeat stay and like the walkable location near local coffee shop and stroll to the beach. Its close to Pismo outlets and excellent grocery store but away from crowds. Quick drive to Pismo, Morro Bay, downtown SLO, etc. Nice bathroom and basic kitchen necessities, good value!

Great location as it is next to so many access points in the area.....Grover Beach community, Pismo Dunes, Monarch butterfly area, Pismo Beach, and much more. Appreciate that you can get to Ramona Ave through the main drag of Pismo or off of Five Cities Road. Love the decor in the home as the beach theme is throughout. Will be coming back!

Great stay conveniently located within waking distance to Grover Beach or a very short drive. Clean spacious unit stocked with all basic necessities. Nice outdoor patio area perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a meal. Easy check in by code operated entry. Is a downstairs unit with private entrance. Owner was present in their own upstairs unit during part of our stay and we had privacy and no concerns; owner was friendly and respectful. Check out process was simple and did not include a laundry list of to do’s which was nice. Walkable neighborhood near a coffee shop, bakery and restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! My daughter is a student at Cal Poly SLO, so it was great having enough space to cook for her and her friends. The kitchen had everything I needed. The washer and dryer also came in handy for college students however you must walk outside and use a key to access the laundry room area. Beds were comfortable but the 2nd/back bedroom with the smaller bed does seem to stay colder than the larger bedroom. We did use the heater but we couldn’t seem to get the smaller bedroom warm enough. “Starter” supplies in kitchen and bathroom and towels were plentiful. There was a coffee shop and a restaurant within a block which we walked to everyday and they were both very good. The beach was within walking distance but I preferred to drive. The house had beach chairs and beach towels in the laundry room, which is a nice touch.

Great location and easy entry with plenty of parking. The carpet was clean and house was fresh smelling despite being located so closely to the beach. Towels and linens were also fresh and cozy. Cleaning fee is a bit steep but not unusual for some AirBnBs. All around great stay with friendly hosts in a quiet, walkable neighborhood.

This place is very close to the beach and downtown area. Neighborhood was quite all the time and had lot of fun. Having beach chairs is the plus. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect stay. Parking super easy with easy walk to coffee and breakfast. You can even walk to the beach. Beach chairs/ towels provided and even a beach wagon! Neighborhood is quiet but perfectly located to get to SLO or anywhere else in the area. Great coffee at red bee , Starbucks or Dutch Bros. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a Cousins Road Trip. The three of us were comfortable. The place has a relaxing atmosphere. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our home away from home for a quiet evening and recharge for the next day.

I stayed there for 8 nights and loved the place and location. Easy access to a lot of shops and Vons is just a mile away. Good internet which helped with my video calls. I had the pleasure to meet the owner as well, and checked on me a few times. My only struggle was with checkin because of the electronic code lock. As i was traveling by Amtrak, I arrived a bit early and had to wait until 4pm for the code to work. It won't be an issue if i had a car... could just drive around. but couldn't do that while dragging my luggage. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. It would be nice to have some flexibility with checkin. Especially, if someone is traveling with kids.

Great location for getting to grover beach as well as shops,beaches , quick ride to prismo beach. We stayed here for a wedding in San Luis Obispo and it was a quick 15 minute ride . It’s the first floor of a two family home and we heard no noise at all from above . We have a two year old and it was quiet and peaceful out whole stay. We highly recommend it if your staying in that area . It’s a cool area and although it was not needed be aware there is no air conditioning. That was the only thing we didn’t check in before arriving .

This is a lovely casita that is centrally located to the beach and many amenities. The house itself is comfortable and has beautiful beach decor. We stayed a total of 2 nights and our family had a wonderful mini vacation at pismo beach for our first time.

House was a beautiful two bedroom house close to Oceano Beach. So clean and has everything in the kitchen for you to cook and have a great stay. Definitely come back to this place again.
