My family and I enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I have a lifted Tacoma which fit inside the garage with no issues. Also, the location was perfect as it was centrally located to all the spots we wanted to visit and was not affected by traffic congestion. We plan on staying again for our next trip. Thanks Vacasa!

Our first impression was that the entry stairs were stained, but when we came back from the beach we were glad that they weren't pristine because we would have been concerned about tracking in sand. The rest of the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked (might need a few more coffee cups). The location was only 8 minutes drive to Pismo beach. I locked my phone inside with the door codes and vacasa was quick to answer and get me access. All in all a great trip. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this location! It was perfect for our group of friends—spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it super convenient for everyone to have their own space, and we never felt cramped. The host did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some), which made cooking and hanging out together so easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Grover Beach, the Pismo outlets, and within easy reach of San Luis Obispo for day trips. It felt like a home away from home, and we all left talking about when we could come back. Highly recommend this spot for any group looking for a fun and relaxing getaway on the Central Coast!

The house is located in an excellent neighborhood with shops and restaurants in walkable distance. Pismo beach is just few mins drive and there were quite a few attractions close to the house. The Home was squeaky clean as we checked in. The kitchen had everything you ll need on a vacation. Bedrooms were comfortable for a nap as well. There were few things that could have gone better - TV didn’t work during our stay. - Bathrooms didn’t have a lock from inside - Coffee machine didn’t have any pods for starter and it required de scaling before use - The garage was safe to use but it requires to be closed from inside everytime you leave. Overall the place is super spacious, clean and located in an excellent neighborhood. However they could do better by maintaining few areas well.

A nice big house for my mother, brother and I to stay in while visiting family in the area. We each had our own room, watched a Netflix movie together, made use of the kitchen to save money, and could have used the laundry if there a little longer. Better deal than a hotel.

We had a great time in AG! The place was lovely and welcoming, the beds were comfy and warm, and the host was extremely responsive. We had a beeping smoke detector and someone came out and fixed it within a couple of hours of messaging them. The kitchen was clean and the most well stocked I’ve ever seen in an airbnb. Plus, it had the added benefit of feeling like an actual home, like someone really did live there. The features were of actual quality instead of the bare minimum cheapest stuff you’ll find in other places. The area was quiet and peaceful but only about two blocks away from the main road. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!
