We really loved staying at the Silver lady. The neighborhood is so peaceful and there were funny wild turkeys walking around a lot of the time. It’s a great location to go to Hearst Castle. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to a small family or group of friends especially if you don’t need complete privacy since the main bedroom is sort of open to the rest of the house. We had a great time.

I visited with a friend from college for a week of rejuvenation and artistic inspiration. The house is so charming. Imagine bad hotel art, and then imagine the opposite... that's the art that fills this house. We felt like we were staying in a colorful, tranquil forest. It's 5 minutes from town by car and about a 10- to 15-minute walk to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve -- a beautifully maintained trail system that includes a forest, a field, and a path along the coast. We saw deer, turkeys, and foxes, plus a bunch of other birds. The house has a balcony with mountain views. Inside is a big dining room table that we made great use of. This place is not a squeaky-clean, new-construction house. Go stay in a hotel with their bad art if that's what you want. :) The Silver Lady is a lovely, cozy home that has a lived-in feel. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and are already talking about a return trip.

The Silver Lady was even more charming than the listing photos. The neighborhood was fun to explore and the neighbors and their dogs were helpful and friendly. Located close to downtown and the beach. Casago promptly resolved a maintenance issue that I encountered.

Beautiful views. Lovely neighborhood. So close to all we wanted to see and do. Minor notes: the d/w is a little aged and may leave hard water marks, would upgrade the TP and paper towels to match the lovely place. We enjoyed the views and sitting outside. Slept well and enjoyed the retro decor.

Lovely modern and curated style home in beautiful Cambria CA. Pros: great quite location with patio overlooking the hills. Trees all around. Nice open feeling with floor to ceiling windows and great classic 60s fireplace. Covered parking for two vehicles. Very close to Ranch trails and downtown Cambria. Cons: Dishes and pans and silverware all were dirty and had coating of dry film or residue on them. Much scrubbing was required. If you are planning on doing a lot of home cooking I would recommend bringing a few favorite pans. Also would echo other comments that care is required given the multiple stairs in the rental. Would not recommend if someone had mobility issues. Overall was very happy and pleased with the location and condition of the home. Would definitely recommend. Our family had a great stay. Cambria is a magical place to visit.

We used the silver lady as our home base for our wedding on the coast! And had an absolutely wonderful time! The funky beautiful well thought out space was perfect for us for hanging out having dinner, down time on the patio, and even getting ready for the wedding in the big well lit bathroom in the bedroom. Beautiful weekend and a beautiful spot would stay again.

The house is in a very beautiful nature spot and the many windows allow one to take in the fantastic nature views. We felt as if we were in the middle of a forest. The house is very well equipped with a kitchen complete with many useful appliances, bedrooms with nice sitting areas and a beautiful fireplace that made our stay very relaxed and comfortable.

Our overall stay was great. We just had a minor problem with checking in since they gave us the wrong passcode. We had to contact the management and they were able to help us. What we love about the place is that it’s 5 minutes away from the beach and the downtown. The property has a grill which we enjoyed using. We were also able to use their washer and dryer after a trip to the beach. The view from the master’s bedroom is breathtaking. I don’t mind waking up to a mountain view while on vacation.????

The Cardiff house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Everything was super easy to navigate. The location was great for sightseeing in Cambria and the surrounding areas. Beds were very comfy. The house is super artsy and relaxing. There are some stairs inside that you need to be able to navigate if you stay here. The views from the porch and decks are stunning. We even had family of wild turkeys hanging out in the yard! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The upstairs and downstairs made for a unique layout, different from the usual Airbnb we’ve stayed at. We liked the different levels so we could have our own space when we wanted some alone time.

Me and my family had a wonderful time together at this home celebrating my daughter’s graduation from university. The different areas of the house allowed us to have space from one another if we needed it, but because of the openness of all the areas to one another, it still felt like we were together. The views and seating outside were wonderful, the fire place was so lovely to use in the cold, and the overall decorations and atmosphere of the place was to die for. A perfect vacation home for anybody.

I decided on booking because of the pictures of the grounds surrounding the home. It turned out exactly as represented and we enjoyed our time relaxing there as well as visiting surrounding areas for hikes and kayaking. We have frequented Cambria for many years and this is by far the most enchanting location in a forested area with views of far-off hills and wonderful silhouettes of treetops. The home was super comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Vacasa was very responsive when we had an issue with the BBQ propane being empty and with a call two tanks were delivered within hours. On another note, the stairs are a factor when considering staying here. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

So serene and peaceful, we spent a few nights in this Cambria gem and couldn’t have been happier. A short drive to town and access to wonderful hiking and ocean views a few minutes walk away.
