A truly fantastic place to stay to relax and unwind. Close to shops and restaurants and a great location to explore the area. We even spotted whales and dolphins from the deck in the evening. This home had absolutely everything! The most well appointed and decorated rental we have ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen! Very clean and great attention to detail. We would stay here again. We did not care for the new rental company and the impersonal text method of communicating.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week with our adult children, their spouses and their kids. It was a perfect house for everyone to have space to enjoy quiet time or to play some of the games provided. The home has a wonderful view of the ocean and is walking distance to great tide pooling and a walk along the bluff over the ocean. The kitchen is modern and nicely equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We highly recommend this property for a memorable family vacation.

Stunning ocean views, close to fiscallini ranch for walking/hiking, a short drive to Cambria downtown, fully loaded kitchen, and very nice and clean. My only criticism is that it’s really hard to request an early check in - had to ‘text’ some number and you can’t speak to a representative. Other than that it was great.

It's head and shoulders above any we've stayed before. This place was unbelievable. It was the cleanest, the best appointed, the best designed home among tens we've stayed in. Everything was thought of. And the views to top it all! Wow I could really not ask for more. We also had to contact the host (our bad, we didn't see the extra propane tank at first!), and even that went great! They had a extra propane tank for when it runs out. The only negative about this place is the fact that you have to leave at some point :) thanks a million.

Would definitely recommend. The house matched the listing description. The view was amazing. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach from the house. Kitchen was well stocked, there were games for the kids to play. Enough towels for our big group of nine. The beds were very comfortable. This is a house I would return to.

Family vacation for us - 7 adults and 2 kids fit comfortably in the house. There was plenty of seating and nice big dining room table. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone. House was very clean and well maintained. Grandkids liked the assortment of games available. But this house is all about the view. It was so nice to be able to watch for whales and dolphins from the dining room, or downstairs balcony, or upstairs balcony. It wasn't too long of a walk to the beach. I would definitely rent again. Location was great - close to Hwy 1 so getting to other beaches and towns was easy. It's a nice quiet area so one can really get away. Can't recommend enough!

We have vacationed in Cambria for at least 25 years and this house is the best! I have never stayed in a home where the kitchen was so well stocked. Nothing was missing. Lots of room for the nine of us and a joy cooking Easter dinner for twelve. Only complaint was the mole repellent. As much as we all wanted to open the bedroom windows at night we had to close them because of the beeping throughout the property every fifteen seconds. Beeping or not, we will be back!

When we arrived last Friday our breath was taken away. The house is beautiful, and the grounds well manicured. We couldn’t wait to walk inside and see the views from the decks. AMAZING! Everything was great with this house. it's cute and cozy sitting around the fireplace. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, it provided things that everyone needs when they travel. It was a truly relaxing time at this house. We loved how close it was in distance to walk the preserve. We had such a great time and we plan to visit this house again!

This property is overall a great experience with many great amenities and a beautiful view. The only caveat is that the property does have stairs. So, for those older folks, this could present a challenge. Otherwise, plenty of bathrooms with shower facilities. Great kitchen with modern oven. Coffee grinder available as well as drip coffee maker and even a tea kettle, manual and electric. Plenty of parking in front of house. Overall worth it.

The home was large enough for our family of five adults. Beds were very comfortable. Very much appreciated the thoughtfulness of night lights everywhere and labeling of everything (how to turn on fireplace, lock doors etc.) House was very clean. Had lots of laughs with all the board games provided. Note that the fourth bedroom with bunk beds is more of a loft (no wall only a curtain divide). Lots of stairs which were no problem for us but maybe for those with mobility issues.

House was in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We saw lots of deer and wild turkeys roaming around throughout the neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and plenty of on-site parking. Only a short 5 minute drive to the town of Cambria. The house decor was a little bit dated, but none the less it was spotless, clean, and cozy! The water pressure in the showers was a little low, but this was because of local drought regulations. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious location close to the beach.

We took our trip in August 2022. I cannot think of any negative thing to say about this house. When it comes to renting a vacation house, All Decked Out checked all the boxes. We had a group of eight (3 couples and 2 single) and it slept everyone comfortably. When checking in, everything was perfectly clean, everything worked as advertised and it was very accommodating, the kitchen had all the cookware we needed for home cooked meals, a nice sized fridge to fit all our groceries and a great house guide that answered any instructions we had. The layout of the main floor was perfect for the group to be together. The kitchen felt open and connected to both the dinning area and the living room. A big dinning table that perfectly fit all eight of us so we could all eat together. A living room with plenty of seating with a nice tv equipped with a Roku so we could easily access our shows. Upstairs had all of the bedrooms which was perfect. Of course the many decks to enjoy the beautiful Cambria view. We stayed three nights and it felt like it wasn't enough to truly take advantage of all the house had to offer. I am confident we will be back to enjoy this house again!

We enjoyed our stay in this house a lot. The place was quite clean. Our son had endless fun with the multi-room audio system. We also liked all the other cool and thoughtful stuff in the house, including the in-glass-pane blinds, the board games, the microprocessor poster in the garage, the beach toys and chairs, etc. Several good restaurants in Cambria downtown are less than 10 minutes drive. Rocky coastline is walking distance from the house. Beaches are within a few minutes drive. The only problem we encountered was that the master bed was creaky. Hopefully it will be fixed or replaced by the owners.

The bedrooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views. The main floor has a similar view and both levels enjoy expansive balconies. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very well stocked, and we were walking distance to the water. (While there are ample coffee supplies, there was no coffee when we arrived, so we made a quick grocery run to make sure everyone had their morning coffee! Just fyi, the local grocery store closes at 8 pm, so plan accordingly.). All in all, we had a wonderful, and relaxing time in this comfortable home. We would definitely stay again.

This house worked very well for our family of four. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well stocked and with nice appliances. TV streaming services worked well. The location is great and we loved the ocean views from the balcony. In general the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The one exception was that one neighbor had a very loud band practice on Friday night from about 7 to 10 pm. (That was the only night of our week long stay that there was any noise.) All in all, we loved our stay at this house and would happily return.

We loved the house for its ability to comfortably accommodate 8 people and the proximity to the trails on Fiscalin Ranch Preserve, beach and town makes for a perfectly relaxing weekend. My extended family -- ages 9 to 77 -- were in town to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. All eight of us lived under one roof for an entire week, and everyone was happy, which is no easy task! The home had something for everyone -- ocean views, board games and books, three clean bathrooms, and enough amenities to keep everyone comfortable and most importantly, safe. One thing worth mentioning is that cell service was pretty spotty in the home (for most cell providers) and in the surrounding areas of Cambria. Thankfully, the home's WiFi was strong, so we didn't feel too out of touch with the world. Also, a big shout out to the property management team who remedied the kitchen's malfunctioning coffee maker within an hour of us alerting them via text. It saved our morning, thank you! We can't wait to return!

This was a great place to stay! The views of the ocean were amazing and we loved watching the deer grazing throughout the neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to town. This is a wonderful home in a lovely location! Just a short stroll to the water and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of space. We had a really relaxing time. The home had everything we needed. It was so nice to be so close to the ocean, listen to the waves and watch the sunset. Also, the deer were an extra treat! The only thing that was a small problem was the heater did not work, but the weather was beautiful while we were there, so it wasn't a huge issue for us. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great view of the ocean. Super clean! The house is a bit old that it makes cracking sound when people walk up and down the stairs and might awake others, but the many facilities and the floor are new and super clean, so it feels good staying in it. The view of the ocean is superb. A beautiful sunset view right from the porch with hot teas in hand... Will try to come back for another stay!

This place is exactly what the pictures depicted; a large family home that suits a family of 9 very comfortably; the wildlife was amazing, Deer everywhere, Otters and even Dolphins could be seen. A great location and opportunity to see lots of wildlife and easy access to tide pools and walking trails with beach views. It had breathtaking views and a 5 min drive to shopping and restaurants. Also for the most part a very quiet, serene neighborhood. My only critique would be that the posts in the banisters on the inside staircases and Railings on the upper deck are not close enough together for Young children as our one and 3 year olds could easily fall through them so it was less relaxing as we had to be constantly vigilant about this. So I would warn people with young children Who are considering staying here about this Until it is remedied. Other places we have lived and stayed this is not up to building code so I would hope they would be able to fix this for future renters. But otherwise we appreciated the experience and had an easy checkout process as well.

Everything was better than expected. The location and the views cannot be beat! The kitchen was so well stocked, every appliance and utensil I needed was provided. The house gives enough room for a lot of people-we never felt crowded. Little details like binoculars and maps and extra blankets made it homey. With a lot of these homes you rent, it feels like you are not trusted, but this felt like staying at a good friend's home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It rained most of the time we were there and we were unable to use the wonderful patio and decks for entertaining so, we cozied up to the fireplace in the living room and watched movies. There were fantastic ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. It was a treat to hear the waves crashing on the shore, the barking sea lions and to see the family of deer that had come to graze around the property. Communications with the host was prompt and professional. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful for a family three generational short vacation (met in the middle between Palm Springs and San Francisco). Just two longish blocks from the ocean, lots of hiking along the bluffs, tide pools for exploring, seals lounging on the rocks. Great restaurants within a three mile or so radius. Plus we loved cooking at "home" as well. The ocean is viewable from the decks and terrace too. There were jigsaw puzzles/board games/DVDs/TV.

The house was very clean and well kept. The maids did a wonderful job! VRBO was also very accomadating when I asked if I could schedule another nights stay at the last second. House had a great view. Only downside I would say is if you have more than 6 adults staying, you should not get this property as it has 3 bedrooms along with another room with 2 kid beds that are small and would not be comfortable for a teenager or adult. Perfect for 6 adults or 3 couples and maybe 2 kids.

The view on this home was just wonderful, and the location was great. We loved walking around Fiscalini and the proximity to the water. The deer visiting houses nearby was especially exciting! One thing to note, which actually is pretty clear from looking at the pictures beforehand, is that the home is built on a slope so is basically a 3 story home and has a lot of stairs to climb to access the front door. It was not a problem but people need to be aware of that. The home is in excellent condition and was very well supplied with all the amenities - from the fully equipped kitchen to the generous supply of bed linens, blankets and towels. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had doors opening to the upper deck with views of the neighborhood, trees and the ocean. All the beds were in great shape and quite comfortable. The living room was very comfortable with 2 large couches, a rocking chair, cozy fireplace and a large television. There is one other smaller tv in the “loft bedroom” upstairs. It was located within walking distance to the coast and tide pools. It was a 5-10 minute drive into town to visit the many charming shops and restaurants there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect place for a large family to experience the allure of cambria and the surrounding wine country. We comfortably slept 9 adults and a baby, tons of towels, sheets, and blankets tucked away in closets and cupboards. All the amenities of home were at our finger tips, and even though it was early october the weather was beautiful to take in both beach and nearby cambria stores and restaurants. Our only niggle was that there were no 'sharp' carving knives, and that in the whole house there was only 8 forks. Finally, while there is a Hot tub at the house, it was locked up tight while we were there. If I would have know that earlier I might have tried to negotiate to get it cleaned and included (I would have payed more), maybe this is a water shortage limitation, but definitely sad to see the tub and not be able to use it. Overall if I ever get back to cambria I'll bring my family back to All decked out!

Great house for 6 adults, nice location walkable to lots of beach trails. Everything was clean and well stocked, and communication was very professional. No problems at all and would definitely stay again!

Great service. I would recommend that there be free standing towel hangers in the bedrooms. With 5 people there was not enough space for towels to dry. Also extra toilet paper.

We enjoyed our stay. However, bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and creaky. Some of the blankets and comforters were dirty. The silverware in the kitchen was old and dirty. The home was warm and comfortable. The views were amazing!!

Reviewer Comments: The location was convenient to the beach, just a few blicks, but the views of the ocean from the front deck and upper balcony were breathtaking. Every morning I would sit on the front deck with my coffee and listen to the ocean and watch the fog lift from the waves,,,,beautiful. the home was clean and had everything you need for a lengthy stay. We cooked daily and found the kitchen organized and well stocked. the only down side for me were the stairs, many of them, I have bad knees and did not understand from reading the description the home had 4 kevels. My granddaughter loved the loft, but it was hard for me to go up and down with her. the home was wonderful and I highly recommend it, but unfortunately I could not stay there again because of the many stairs.
