This house was great, accommodated everyone, location was perfect. Check out is at 10am which is ridiculous. I don’t think it’s fair to charge for 2 days and only get one full day.

We enjoyed our stay in Arroyo Grande. The location was ideal, safe neighborhood and just a couple of miles from the beach. The house was cleaned and spacious, just as described. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This was a nice house during our visit to the Pismo Beach area with family. It was in a safe location and close to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I had reached out to Vacasa California twice with inquiries about the house. Their first reply back took 7 days and the second took 2 days so keep that in mind if you’re in a time crunch for answers. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. It was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-14).

My family and I had a great time staying at this place. It was equipped with everything we needed. Only thing I didn’t like was the 10 digit code to get in the home. Other than that, it was a beautiful home and was perfect for our weekend stay. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to so many food options and grocery stores. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed 3 nights with Navy buddies and would stay again if ever back in the area. No propane in the tank but after we went and purchased a new one, one was found in the laundry room area. So check around.

Situated in a quite neighborhood, the home was within walking distance of shops. Pismo Beach is 10 minutes driving distance. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils making it easy to prepare meals. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Host were not flexible with checkout time.

The home was beautiful! I really appreciate that there were plenty of dishes and seasonings. Normally places like this only have dishes for 4 and I loved that we had plenty for our group. I also love how up front they were about the AC and ants. We knew what to watch out for and therefore had zero problems. It’s close to the pier and a peaceful area. We loved it!

?????????? TEXANS - don’t be alarmed when you find out there is NO AC, but our visit in July had a high of 75 with lows in the Mid 60’s, so open windows cool the home down quickly and comfortably. We loved the location, you are literally a straight shot from the beach, nearby Vons grocery for last minute items. Big plus with the property having a washer & dryer. Amazing communication, very friendly and accommodating. I recommend getting a reservation at Vista’s Steak & Seafood - amazing menu with stunning views!!! Everything was perfect!

Our group enjoyed our stay at this home. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook a lot of meals. The house has good access to a lot of the surrounding San Luis Obispo area.

We loved the home and would stay again if we return! Worked perfectly for grandparents, parents and kiddos! The home had nice amenities (great cookware, etc). The location was fine! Not right next to the beach, however the money we saved not staying directly on the beach we were able to use towards ATV rentals and other local tourist attractions. It was more than worth it for us! Plus the neighborhood was great and really pretty. It did get a bit hot with no AC, but we remedied that by leaving the windows partly open and the fans on. Brought the cool air in. However, most places around this area don’t have AC so this isn’t unusual. Overall even with the lack of AC, it was a great place. Definitely worth the value and in excellent condition. The place is well taken care of and beautiful inside and out!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. It is beautiful, welcoming, and stylishly decorated. There were plenty of fresh, clean white bath towels. There were many items available to make our stay comfortable and without want. We were a little surprised to discover there was only one TV in the house. However, that worked out well because it made us to gather each evening and have a nightly movie night in front of the fireplace. The socks were a neat idea and the soft, warm throws and blankets were greatly appreciated. We intend on making this our home away from home every time we travel to Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach! We were very impressed and pleased.

It’s been about 7 years since we travelled together as a family. We loved the Blackberry House and would love to come back and stay here again. My husband and I come up to the Central Coast as much as possible, but it was a first for the rest of my family. For our family of 6 adults (no kids yet), we were looking to all stay under the same roof for a reasonable price. The BlackBerry House was perfect! It was big enough for us to spend time together and apart within the house. The home was thoughtfully furnished with awesome amenities - being able to turn on the fireplace with a click of a switch was a family favorite. Highly recommend this location as it was close to Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, and San Luis Obispo!
