ACME House Company has flexible cancellation options, including:

Short-Term Stays of Less than 28 Days

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• Greater than 60 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive 100% Refund of all Reservations Charges
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and Between 30 Days - 59 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a refund of all Reservations Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges (Except Booking Fee).
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

Long-Term Stays of 29 Days or More

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.

*Please note that the cancellation policy is based on the marketplace where you book your reservation and the date/time that you originally reserved your stay. The cancellation policy noted in your signed guest agreement is the one valid for your stay.
