Locals who love a great bagel—and who doesn't—line up at Townie Bagels in South Palm Springs. Andy Wysocki, who owns the café with his husband Bill Sanderson has put together a bagel menu based on the flavors of a New York bagel bakery. The café also sells USDA Organic Certified breads including French baguettes, sourdough, and mini-honey flax. Wysocki started making bagels for a weekly coffee meeting with his friends and pretty soon he was on a quest to make the perfect bagel. And he did. Learn more here!
