Manhattan in the Desert

The food at this casual spot with a menu that can only be described as huge, does bring to mind a New York deli. The sandwiches (about 100 of them) are piled high so you'll probably be taking some leftovers home. The real question is: Can you make it out the door without purchasing something sweet from the large bakery near the entrance?
