Palm Springs Chef and Restaurateur Chad Gardner (owner of 533 Viet-Fusion) has done it again! His newest creation, Roly China Fusion, is one of Palm Springs' newest restaurants and already a favorite for many.

It features flavorful Chinese cuisine with an asian fusion twist, and a delicious Sunday Brunch featuring a roving Dim Sum cart! All the dishes are fresh and locally-sourced.

Guests staying at our Acme House Company Vacation Rentals and some of our Property Owner Partners have been giving major kudos to Chef Chad Gardner and his team for creating Roly China Fusion - calling out the great location, understated upscale ambience, fresh ingredients and inspired menu and the top notch service. Roly is quickly becoming an Acme favorite.

"Went here for the Dim Sum Brunch, where you can either select from the cart or the menu. We did both. It was great for sharing plates and getting to taste many different (delicious) dishes at once. Table favorites included the Honey Chicken, anything dumpling-related, and Dan Dan’s Noodle, which had a nice spice. The artwork and overall vibe really makes the space come alive, so it’s perfect for a buzzy brunch or night out with friends. The chef even stopped by to check on us, which was a nice touch."

The restaurant features indoor and outdoor seating, and even an outdoor, pet-friendly bar overlooking the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. At times you may even find a live DJ performing while you enjoy your delicious meal and specialty cocktails!

"It is a very cozy, modern and warm welcoming ambience! The food is top-notch, not only in the taste but in the presentation as well. It is amazing! The best dumplings we have ever had. We went three times in one week. We are from Europe and travel a lot, even so this is the number one place to visit when in Palm Springs!"
