Hiking in Palm Springs

PALM SPRINGS, CA – Palm Springs is home to several gorgeous hiking trails, and here are three you won’t want to miss!

Tahquitz Canyon
One of the most beautiful and culturally sensitive areas of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Reservation. It features spectacular mountain views and scenery, rock art, native wildlife and plants, and there’s even a gorgeous waterfall at the end of the trail!

This unique, and fairly easy 2-mile hike is just short part of the Indian Canyons’ 60 miles of hiking trails. It’s located in Palm Springs’ historic Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians tribal grounds and follows a stream, resulting in lots of vegetation contrasting the canyon’s rocky scene.
