Celebrated with swank cocktail parties, home tours and synchronized swimming / water ballet performances starring the Aqualillies. Since then guests have included movie stars, television personalities, sports figures, travel writers, social influencers and fashion designers. Seen on the hit reality TV show Shahs of Sunset as the location for MJ’s Bridal Shower. Host location for nearly a dozen celebrity chef dinners. Featured in many high style fashion shoots. This is an amazing property w/ an over the top pool yard and gorgeous mountain views. Available for rent by the week, month and season. Perfect for special occasions.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an upscale resort. Around every corner is another fabulous Wow Factor! Large concept pool that features an integrated waterfall spa, disco lights and a tanning shelf. There are 2 poolside fire features, an outdoor shower and a gorgeous veranda bar that seats as many as 12 guests. The outdoor dining space nestled under the twinkly lights seats up to 14 guests.

INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
Two Homes on the Same Property. The Main House is a gorgeous sprawling 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath home w/ a huge center island kitchen, an interior dining area, a large living room and an additional space for binge watching your favorite programs. Your group will also have full use of the 900 sqft Guest House - which is located just a few steps away on the other side of the veranda bar. The Design Team from West Elm used their product line of organic, handcrafted, sustainably sourced sofas, tables, beds, lighting and accessories to furnish the entire property- creating a living showroom featuring the comfortable, livable and beautiful aesthetic that has made the brand famous across the globe.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four of the sleeping quarters have the look and feel of a boutique hotel w/ king beds, ample storage, flat screen TVs and stunning artwork. In the main house you’ll find a huge master bedroom w/ a private bath. The suite opens up directly to the pool yard. There are two additional guest rooms that each have their own private courtyards. In the Guest House you’ll find another deluxe master suite w/ private bath. This suite offers spectacular mountain views.

  • 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking. 
  • 30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
  • Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the West Elm 2018 house. There was plenty of room for six adults to gather. We came for the Indian Wells tennis tournament so we didn’t spend as much time at the pool as we would have liked. But the backyard pool and spa were lovely. Acme House Co communicated everything we needed to know about the house in a very efficient and easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend this house.

The house was in a great location - town was about a mile away and hiking was about 2-3 miles away with other hikes about 20 mins. House was very clean with everything we needed. Outdoor space was great and when the hot tub didn't get hot, a maintenance man was there within the hour and repaired it.

House and outdoor space were exactly as pictured. The house was comfortable and had so many places to hangout indoors and out. We had 4 people in our group but the house can easily accommodate many more. The pool house provide a private space with a kitchen and lounge - the bedroom has an incredible view. This home is perfect for a Palm Springs vacation. The interior of the home is clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for both quiet private time and group gatherings. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking; however, with so many amazing restaurants close to the house, going out for meals is easy and fun. The exterior spaces are abundant, thoughtfully furnished and relaxing. The pool is so amazing. We wanted to spend all of our time outside around the pool. As well, the garage and off street parking were greatly appreciated. The attention to detail for this home is evident and appreciated.

As fabulous as it appears

We originally booked a different home but it had a last minute water issue. After offering a less suitable alternative, Acme offered us this home even though it was a bit more expensive. The home was very clean and as fabulous as it appears in the photos. The casita is truly an entire second 1br home with a full kitchen -- so great for multiple families / large groups. We were in Palm Springs during the heat wave, so we spent most of the time in the incredible salt water pool (and having an outdoor shower is fantastic, particularly with small kids). They had loads of pool floats, which was a nice touch. One downside, however, is that the showers struggled to get more than lukewarm (even after running them for 10+ minutes) -- this wasn't a huge issue due to the heat wave, but strange for a nice home. I didn't raise this issue with Acme until the last day of our stay and they offered to send someone out immediately, but at that point it didn't make sense -- I just hope they address it for the next guest. All in all, it was a great stay in a beautiful Palm Springs location.

PARADISE in Palm Springs!!!

This was hands down the best and most beautiful rental property I have ever stayed in! Every element of the home and outdoor space was even better than it was in the photos. Our group was a family of 6 adults (3 couples) and not one person had a single complaint during our stay. ACME House Co. did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job and everything from check-in to questions during our stay to a last-minute extension of our dates was seamless. They were friendly, responsive, and handled everything perfectly. The home was impeccably clean and had every amenity that we needed, even some that you would not expect to be included (toiletries, paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, coffee, etc.). There were even so many little nice touches, like music playing when we first arrived. The bedrooms were gorgeous, and the Casita space was incredible, basically a second home in itself. The entire outdoor space was heaven on earth. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the mountain views were beautiful. The outdoor area is extremely private with walls and nice greenery completely blocking out any neighbors, the street, and other properties. The greenery helped to provide some much needed shade during the hot desert summer. The location of this home is fantastic, in a very nice Palm Springs neighborhood (El Mirador). It is less than 3 minutes from the action of Palm Canyon Drive, 5 minutes from the airport, 1 hour from Joshua Tree National Park, and convenient to so many other spots. If you are looking...

We spent 4 glorious nights at this house in Palm Springs. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was immaculately clean and the indoor/outdoor flow was incredible. We were lucky enough to hit a small heatwave in February, so the doors were pretty much open the entire time we were there. The pool and spa are beautiful and warm. Many great photo ops with the pool and the fire elements. Everything you could want in terms of provisions were in the house. The casita was also amazing---waking up to the Mountain View every morning was a real treat. We will definitely be back to this house. Amazing family trip!

Overall Comment This is the most beautiful home in a great location. We had the best Thanksgiving Celebration! The kitchen was very functional and well equipped. Overall Comment We have been doing a weekend getaway to Palm Sorings for the past 5 years. So far, this house is #1 on my list. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and well thought of. The concierge lady was nice. She walk us through upon check in. There are few minor things I didn’t like. The house is located behind the hospital, so you hear a lot of ambulance sirens. Also, the remote for the pool light is not working, the only thing that is working using the remote is the spa jet. I called the company but no response received. There’s not much kitchen equipments, such us bowl preps or baking pans ( compare to other rentals I’ve been). Overall, my family and I were very happy and satisfied with rental. I would rent it again next time.

Total luxury. Clean, comfortable, gorgeous! Everything was perfect for our stay! So much room! So many places to be! Loved the art courtyards! Massages by the pool. Al fresco dinners under those twinkly lights! Every moment was magical! We hung out at the poolside bar every night! This was clearly the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!

We loved everything about our stay. The team at Acme was so helpful and accommodating. The property was gorgeous. The decor exceeded all expectations. Every room inside and out was so comfortable. west elm pool house is great

Overall Comment had a wonderful stay here. the house is newly renovated and obviously furnished very nicely. it was comfortable, clean and perfect for a weekend getaway. property managers were incredible - informative, accommodating and so professional. neighborhood is quiet and close to great restaurants and shopping - only drawback is that its right down the street from a hospital. i will rent again with them for sure.
