The best part after enjoying an evening out is the short walk back to your condo!
Shops, boutiques and art galleries dot the neighborhood and you'll find many options for grabbing a cup of coffee (Starbucks and Coffee Bean and a few local independents) and doing a lot of people watching.

"This is our first time staying at Downtown Winner at Plaza Villas in Palm Springs. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at a convenient location for us while attending the Palm Springs Film Festival for a week this month. We were given a wrong code to get into the complex, which was a bit frustrating, but after that, the only other minor issue was the water temperature was set at only slightly above lukewarm. After finding out the correct code, we enjoyed not having to deal with any keys. The condo was clean, in good working condition, and adequately appointed. Being seniors, we enjoyed how quiet it was. We slept well as a result. Overall, we would give this place a thumbs up."

"Downtown Winner was great and met our expectations. Our condo was clean and had plenty of supplies for us to start off with. The location was great! Close to downtown to the restaurants and shops. My favorite thing was hanging out at pool. The complex landscaping was beautiful with lemon and grapefruit trees. We had one issue with the wifi. I called the manager and my issue was resolved very quickly. We enjoyed our Palm Springs trip and can't wait to come back again. "

Just Like Home in a Great Location!
"What a great place to stay for our family! It is clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for a morning cup of coffee, cooking meals, relaxing (TVs in each room, books, DVDs) and sporting activities (adult as well as the cutest children's tennis racquets). It was a treat for our family to indulge in the fresh picked oranges and grapefruit from the citrus trees on the property's beautiful gardens. When we did venture away from the tranquil pool areas, we only had to walk three short blocks to visit the downtown shops, restaurants, art museum, and movie theater. Since we were in Palm Springs during New Year's Eve, it was so convenient to walk to the block party, concert, and fireworks show right across the street at the Spa Casino. What a carefree vacation! We look forward to our next trip to Palm Springs and staying again at Downtown Winner!"

"Our stay was outstanding! Since this place is literally just 5 minutes away from the airport, we were able to toss our cares away and get into vacation mode immediately. We felt right at home in the cozy, comfortable, well stocked and maintained unit. The gardens and pool areas are luxurious and tranquil. Location is perfect for quick and easy walkable access to downtown bars and restaurants."
Well-managed unit in a great complex
"We are very familiar with this complex and love it for its location and how well managed the property is. This is a comfortable ground floor unit that is super well managed. When we arrived it was vacation ready, music playing, lights and fan on. Getting into the unit was super easy and the woman who stopped by from Acme for checkin was great. Everything in the unit is working, and well maintained. It's in a corner of the property that has a grassy area out front which was a perk for the kids. We would definitely rent this unit again."

"I stayed at Downtown Winner while attending a conference at the Convention Center. While I usually stay at hotels for business trips, my colleague, who has stayed at Plaza Villas before, suggested that we share a unit. As compared to a small hotel room, it was more economical, more comfortable and offered a relaxing retreat away from the hectic conference. Not only was the location just across the street from the convention center, it was also a short walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. I look forward to coming back for a vacation and continuing exploring the fun area with my wife and children. "
