Inside the property you’ll find walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living, a free-flowing floor plan, pops of color, and lots of fabulous artwork – including a small gallery by famed artist Cheyenne Randall (aka @indiangiver). Randall’s artwork, which has caught the attention of many A-list celebrities including the Kardashians, creates a world where iconic celebrities are covered in ink from head to toe. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs living! The very private backyard is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places. The pool has an integrated spa and is surrounded by poolside chaise lounges, a fire pit table, and an outdoor living area. There is also alfresco dining, a BBQ grill, a hammock, cornhole, shuffleboard, bocce ball and a fabulous poolside game room with shuffleboard, a sofa, and more. There is even a cabana bathroom complete with a shower next to the game room. This property is a true vacation oasis.

Gorgeous in its simplicity - as Mr. Meiselman intended - you'll find clean lines, a free flowing concept floor plan and spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living. Mid mod inspired furnishings, art and wallpaper reinterpret the iconic mid mod style without sacrificing comfort. Not-to-be-missed is the game room where you can see Cheyene Randall’s artwork - a nod to the property’s name, A Splash of Ink!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All 3 bedrooms have been beautifully styled like an exclusive boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Suite has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the yard. The two Guest Rooms also feature King beds, direct access to outside. Both Guest Rooms share easy access to the full guest bathroom in the hall.

THE LOCATION
Racquet Club Estates is a very popular residential neighborhood that is close to the airport, convention center, and casino. It is a walking neighborhood located less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive w/ its fantastic restaurants, clubs, art galleries, shopping, and more! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee spots and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.
