The outdoor space on this property is absolutely inviting, with its xeriscaped front courtyard with a chic-yet-cozy fire pit sheltered from view by an oh-so-mid century breeze block wall—this is the place to be with friends, family, and s’mores. Behind the home, find a refreshing swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped backyard punctuated by bright outdoor furniture that screams “Palm Springs.” You’ll definitely want to make use of a flamingo floatie and wear your brightest swimsuit here.

Cookout on the gas grill and dine al fresco at the patio table with room for 6, or just sit out on the shaded back patio and take in those stunning palm tree views.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

Guests can relax on the stylish sofa while watching their favorite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, with its attractive grid tilework. Stroll the full length of the panoramic wall of windows and sliding doors, with views of the pool and mountains.

The kitchen has been thoroughly modernized but is nevertheless a nod to the excellent mid-century kitchens of yore with its warm wood cabinetry, sunburst clock, suite of high-end appliances including a gas oven, and eye-catching waterfall countertop. Take your meals in the adjoining dining room, which comfortably seats 6 around its statement table. Another 2 guests can dine at the kitchen bar.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom is roomy and bright, with its own set of sliding glass doors leading out to the pool and back patio. Curl up in the comfortable king-size bed and watch the flat-screen Smart TV. In the ensuite bath, find a modern walk-in shower in gleaming subway tile.

Find another king bed in the first guest bedroom, which also enjoys patio access via sliding doors and is furnished with its own SmartTV. The second, smaller guest bedroom, with two twin beds, flat screen SmartTV, and sliding door access, is the ideal place for the kids, and even has its own mid century style writing desk for that budding author in the family.
