The fabulous yard is huge and features a saltwater pool w/ waterfall spa, an in-ground fireplace and an outdoor shower on one end. There's also an in-ground firepit table for up to 8 guests, a BBQ grill and plenty of occasional seating for enjoying the breathtaking fairway and mountain views.

The game room - called the 19th Hole Lodge - has a pool table, a flatscreen TV, and a sofa that can be converted into 2 Twin beds - plus it opens up to an outdoor living pavilion and more alfresco dining. It's truly an entertainer's delight!

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Perched along the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course - this property captures the magic of Southern California glamour in true Palm Springs style. Walled and gated for privacy, the huge backyard is absolutely spectacular. One end of the yard features a saltwater pool and waterfall spa surrounded by chaise lounges, an outdoor shower and a firepit. The other end features the 19th Hole Lodge which opens up to its own living pavilion and alfresco dining. Throughout the rest of the yard you'll also find a built-in firepit table for up to 8 guests, a BBQ grill, an outdoor living area and plenty of occasional seating overlooking the golf course. Mature plantings, gorgeous landscaping that is drought-conscious and lush at the same time, towering palm trees, fairway views and majestic mountain views all add to the magic of this fabulous property.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This absolutely stunning property is chic and sophisticated but casual and comfortable at the same time. The impressive open floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style and the vaulted ceilings and walls of glass add an airy feel - blurring the lines between indoor outdoor living. The fabulous kitchen features a kitchen island w/ breakfast bar and is open to the dining area that accommodates up to 8 guests. The adjacent living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - ultra high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems and 5 flatscreen TVs all equipped w/ cable TV, chromecast, and streaming apps. The owners have paid so much attention to detail - it's truly a delight to experience this amazing property.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the 3 bedrooms has been beautifully decorated and features a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and a flatscreen TV. The gorgeous master bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bath w/ a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, plus direct access to the outdoor lounge. The 2 guest rooms feature a King bed and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway.

This home is located on the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort - named by Golf Digest 'One of the Best Places to Play' for golf resorts. The Legend Course was designed by William Francis Bell, known for designing Torrey Pines, La Jolla Country Club and Bermuda Dunes Country Club. You'll be just an easy stroll to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive and just a short drive to the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 60 days or more, prior to Arrival date, Acme House Company will process a 100% refund except for special services** ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)
  • > 48 hours - 59 days prior to arrival, guests can obtain a full refund minus the booking fee, taxes on the booking fee, and any special services*
  • . The booking fee is considered earned.
  • < 48 hours prior to arrival, the full RENT AMOUNT is considered earned as well as the booking fee and associated taxes. All other costs and fees are refunded, except for special services ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)

*Bookings on third party websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas or Plum Guide may be subject to different cancellation policies set by the specific channel. The property was accurately represented and clean, which is so important. The kitchen was well equipped, and the common space and outdoor areas were cozy. There was only one small glitch during our stay, which was that the outlet near the master bathroom sink tripped twice, and the breaker had to be reset. Other than that...all very comfortable. We appreciate the order and care given to this property!

If you want the true Palm Springs experience this is the place to stay. Tucked away in a unique neighborhood this place is a special find. I had a hard time leaving it! I loved the home and the fun atmosphere it provided. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. It was beautiful inside and out. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked and rode bikes around. It was minutes away from the things we wanted to do. The outside area of the home was perfect for our family. Pool, jacuzzi, bar-b-q area was very enjoyable. The casita/ game room was the perfect setting for the kids to sleep, play games and watch movies. I look forward to going back and staying here again. If your looking for the perfect place to stay…… this is it!!!!

I can't say enough good things about our stay in this beautiful home. It far exceeded our expectations. The photos on the website, as great as they look, don't do it justice. You have to see this place in person to fully take in the beauty and magnificence of this place. The home was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The beds were super comfy with plush pillows and clean sheets and blankets. The kitchen is stocked with everything a family could ever need. Our kids had a blast playing and relaxing in the game room which had a Pool Table, fridge, microwave, big comfortable couches that convert into beds, a separate thermostat that controls the AC unit and a huge TV. The main kitchen has a huge Sub-Zero Refrigerator which had more than enough room to store and keep all our drinks cool, our ice cream well frozen and our food fresh. There are TV's in every bedroom and also one in the main living room. The walls are beautifully decorated with paintings and accentuated with artistic designs. We enjoyed feeding and watching the hummingbirds fly around in the backyard. The huge windows facing the back of the house provide gorgeous views of the Palm Springs Mountains. The home sits adjacent to a beautiful Golf Course. The Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were amazing and we spent long hours at night admiring the beautifully decorated trees that had these cool light balls hanging from its branches. Beautiful week long getaway, property was a great escape, clean, well maintained, pool was right out the door. We were worried the seasonal heat would be a issue, but it was not. The pool and casida were life savers. Area is beautiful, we don't golf, but the course is right out the back gate. It was a beautiful walk for us and our dog in the evening and early morning. Easy access to shopping and Palm Springs attractions.

Place was great. Kitchen doesn’t have a pantry, or if it did, we did not find it, so our dry goods we just left on the kitchen island/counter. Master bedroom slider was broken, but it was ok, because it was too hot to leave open anyway. However, I did let them know so, they wouldn’t think we did it. One of the rooms tv was not working. I did communicate this, and was told someone would get back to me. No one did, so the next day, I called again and at that point someone did and fixed the problem. Those were the only issues we had. Other than that, it’s a beautiful space and fun to see people play golf, as the back of the house is facing the golf course, but with the shrubs it is still private.

The house was a perfect size (2 adults ans 2 kids) and stayed pretty cool on the hottest day of the year so far! The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The electric shades worked perfectly and kept the whole house cool. The pool was on the side of the house and not ideal for watching kids swim unless you sit outside with them (it was too hot!) but we would definitely come back here. It was user friendly, quiet and for food deliveries (postmates) we did not have the inconvenience of being in a gated community. Great stay!

The house was great. Would recommend updating the second bath shower. Other than that it was convenient, had everything you could need and more. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the golfers. Quite. Will come back! Only challenge we had was not with the property but checking in. That took about an hour to resolve. After that everything was great.

Overall Comment We loved our stay at the Brentwood Pool House. The house is beautiful and everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool area and backyard were lovely and relaxing. Our family especially enjoyed the bonus room pool table and extra area to relax and watch movies. The only thing to consider is part of the back gate is along a golf course and that area is more exposed. It didn’t bother us at all, it felt even more like a resort seeing the golfers from a distance throughout the day. It was our second stay at an Acme property, they do such a great job of thinking of all the details and making everything so easy so you can just arrive and enjoy your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this property was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortable and clean home with a pool/backyard that we could work remote from. There was so much space we could use and the house was stocked with everything we could think of. The location was absolutely phenomenal - 10 minute drive from restaurants downtown, 20 minute walk to The Parker, and a 1 minute drive to the closest grocery store. The only thing to consider is that the house is right next to a golf course and can feel somewhat public/exposed at times. Overall, it was a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this property and was amazed at the beauty and privacy offered by this home. Especially during a pandemic, I was more happy to stay in a private residence than to stay in a hotel. This home offers the best comforts of home in a safe and private surrounding. The neighborhood is quite and close to many amenities making shopping easy. The attention to detail in this home was fantastic. I loved the furnishings, the amenities, and the wall to wall glass doors to the back yard made the home bright and all the more welcoming. The hot tub and heated pool definitely made for a much needed source of relaxation and added comfort of my stay. If you are looking for a great place to be that is close to it all in Palm Springs, this is it!!
