The decadence continues with 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom’s en suite is spectacularly lavish with a dual-head rain shower, sunken tub, and dry sauna. A separate casita provides additional living and sleeping space, plus a huge patio with stunning views. This property also has a private tennis court that’s perfect for working up a sweat.

This elegant property is set in the heart of the desirable Andreas Hills neighborhood. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, some of the most beautiful hikes in Palm Springs can be enjoyed nearby with one of the best trails starting at the end of the street! Countless fantastic restaurants, stores, boutiques, grocers, and bars are just a short drive away. This high-end home couldn’t be better positioned for a fun, relaxing, and luxurious break.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
At the heart of this deluxe property’s outdoor space are the large pool and spa. This well-maintained area is completely private and is the perfect setting for guests who want to make the most of South Palm Springs’ famous good weather. Sun loungers and seating are plentiful, and the large gas BBQ is set up and ready to go. In the evening, cozy up with your group by the outdoor fireplace!

Over on the other side of the property are a private tennis court and a giant chessboard for fun afternoons competing with your travel group. This sprawling property also has several private patio spaces, an attractive driveway, and RV parking.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
An upgraded kitchen with a luxurious lounge and dining area combine to create a lavish living space. The modern kitchen has a large fridge freezer, three ovens, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a double sink, and a wine fridge. There’s also an island with gas burners and an overhead extraction fan. This social space provides access to the main outdoor area and also opens out to a comfortable dining room.

The grand, spacious family room has vaulted wood beam ceilings and is the perfect place to hang out with friends and family. It has four plush leather and velvet couches, a wet bar, mountain views, and direct access to the pool area. There is also an additional cozy lower lounge that has plush built-in seating and a gas-powered fireplace.

A half bath can be found in the main house’s living area. The separate casita has its own living room, kitchenette and two full baths for added space and convenience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The south-facing primary suite has beautiful high ceilings, a fireplace, incredible views, and a walk-in closet. It also has an en suite bathroom consisting of a sunken tub with dual shower heads, split vanities, and a dry sauna. This bedroom also has direct access to the pool and spa.

The second en suite room has high ceilings, a private patio in the courtyard area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A third bedroom can be found on the other side of the property. This suite also has stunning high ceilings and views of the mountains and tennis court, plus a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth en-suite room is at the front of the house and has a tranquil private patio with mountain and tennis court views. Its private bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination.

There is a fifth and final king bedroom in the separate guest house. This private space also has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This casita also has two twin XL daybeds in its public area for additional sleeping space as well as another full bath with shower and bathtub combination.

THE LOCATION
Andreas Hills is located in South Palm Springs and is one of the most scenic neighborhoods in the area. The San Jacinto Mountains make for a dramatic backdrop and the neighborhood itself offers an eclectic mix of architecture.

The property is a close drive to the South Palm Springs Business District and is a short distance by car from Palm Canyon Drive. Here, you will find countless dining options as well as some of the best shops, boutiques, galleries, and cabarets in the area. The neighborhood itself has plenty of amenities including cafes, grocers, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, and bars.

This premium location also provides easy access to some of the most beautiful hiking trails in Palm Springs, and some offer year-round waterfalls that are ideal for cooling off in the warmer months. The property is also moments from some great golf.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 60 days or more, prior to Arrival date, Acme House Company will process a 100% refund except for special services** ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)
  • > 48 hours - 59 days prior to arrival, guests can obtain a full refund minus the booking fee, taxes on the booking fee, and any special services*
  • . The booking fee is considered earned.
  • < 48 hours prior to arrival, the full RENT AMOUNT is considered earned as well as the booking fee and associated taxes. All other costs and fees are refunded, except for special services ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)

*Bookings on third party websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas or Plum Guide may be subject to different cancellation policies set by the specific channel. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the site in which your booking occurred as this will be the cancellation policy governing your reservation. Stays of more than 28 days are subject to our Long Term cancellation policy.

** Special Services. We may be unable to refund for any special services ordered on behalf of Occupant, at Occupant request, outside of rent, taxes and fees, which cannot be cancelled in time for a refund to be issued. Example, you order a catering service which we arrange, which requires a non refundable deposit.
