This authentic mid-century Alexander home was meticulously designed & restored in 2023 and offers all the comforts of a home with the ambiance of a 5-star hotel. Beds: K,K,Q,Q

Designed as a contemporary, ultra-luxury mid-century residence, only the highest-grade materials, furniture, appliances, and technology were considered. The home sits on a large lot, tucked away on a quiet side street in an upscale mid-century neighborhood offering an unobstructed view of the San Jacinto Mountain. The desert landscape garden is private, gated, and secure, featuring a freestyle pool & jetted spa, loungers, umbrella, outdoor shower, fire-pit & various dining & lounge areas, plus an outdoor grill.

Technology-enabled Samsung TVs in the Primary bedroom & Cabana and a Sonos sound system with 6 speakers have been placed throughout the home. There are dimming light controls and built-in bedside USB ports.

The freestyle pool & spa were totally renovated in 2023, and you have full control of the Spa jets & lights with the control mounted on the property's exterior wall. The pool deck features 4 loungers. Pool towels and floats are provided.

You can enjoy the entire property, including a garage, driveway (space for 3 cars), desert garden, outdoor shower, firepit, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque, and WiFi. The house is equipped with electrical locks, and no keys are required. The garage features an LG washer & dryer.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom opens up to the large outdoor patio & outdoor shower, and the secondary primary opens up to a private patio with a hammock for your pleasure & those quiet moments.

The living room & kitchen are fully equipped, and the entertainment space showcases an original fireplace, an oversized kitchen island, and large glass sliders that open to the outdoor dining & lounging areas offering views of the desert landscape and pool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, a Jura coffee maker, a blender, an LG fridge, and range.

Samsung TVs are in the primary bedroom (55’’) & in the Cabana (70’’) offer Streaming Service for Amazon, Disney+, Netflix, Paramount, HBO+, and Hulu.

Ultra High-speed internet is available throughout the property, and a Sonos system with 6 speakers is placed throughout the home. Connect with your own devices to stream your favorite music via Spotify or other streaming services; please download the Sonos app to your phone or computer. Please note that no outdoor music is permitted per the Palm Springs City Ordinance. As an extra ‘Perk,’ we have provided a vintage Vinyl phonograph player with a selection of records for your enjoyment.

'1960-PS' has one primary bedroom & a secondary primary bedroom with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. The mattresses are new & high quality. All bedrooms are equipped with humidifiers to make your stay more enjoyable.

Located in the desirable Sunrise Park neighborhood of Palm Springs, the '1960-PS' offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle of city life.   • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property. If the damage protection is declined, an additional $5,000 security deposit is required
  • The pool and spa are heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool and spa so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.


Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 60 days or more, prior to Arrival date, Acme House Company will process a 100% refund except for special services** ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)
  • > 48 hours - 59 days prior to arrival, guests can obtain a full refund minus the booking fee, taxes on the booking fee, and any special services*
  • . The booking fee is considered earned.
  • < 48 hours prior to arrival, the full RENT AMOUNT is considered earned as well as the booking fee and associated taxes. All other costs and fees are refunded, except for special services ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)

*Bookings on third party websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas or Plum Guide may be subject to different cancellation policies set by the specific channel. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the site in which your booking occurred as this will be the cancellation policy governing your reservation. Stays of more than 28 days are subject to our Long Term cancellation policy.

** Special Services. We may be unable to refund for any special services ordered on behalf of Occupant, at Occupant request, outside of rent, taxes and fees, which cannot be cancelled in time for a refund to be issued. Example, you order a catering service which we arrange, which requires a non refundable deposit.
