This is a beautiful place. It's definitely the nicest airbnb we've ever stayed in! Amazing pool area, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It was perfect for our family. It was a nice neighborhood and close everything we wanted to go see and do. You can hear the planes, but you get used to it and everything else makes up for it.

The house was well decorated , comfortable and very clean . Also it was stocked with everything you could possibly need to a great vacation. The yard was like a mini resort and we loved walking the neighborhood each morning .

What a great house! The backyard had a great setup with lots of space and privacy. The house itself was very clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked and the attention to detail was impressive. ACME responded right away to questions that I had and was great at checking in from time to time. We had a great time and would stay at one of their properties again.

Under the Palms is a gorgeous, incredibly clean and comfortable mid century gem. We loved our stay here and will be back. The house was very well stocked, from every possible cooking utensil you’d ever need, spices and even an “office” drawer with every item you can think of - tape, colored pencils, even a stapler. The pool and outdoor space and amenities were perfect with comfy outdoor furniture, floats, corn hole. The only possible con ( and it will not stop us from staying here again) is that the house is near the airport and you will hear planes flying overhead. This did not bother us because we were expecting it due to reading it in other reviews. Do not let this deter you from staying in Under the Palms! It’s truly a wonderful property! Acme House Company was great to work with.

This property is beautiful, fun, comfortable, well-maintained, and professionally managed. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend to everyone to stay here :) The only issue we encountered during our stay is the A/C was fixed for 74 degrees inside the property, and it kept turning on and off by itself. This was not ideal for summer days and nights when it is 110 degrees outside. We reported this to the management, and ACME responded and dispatched a technician to fix it right away. ACME is very responsive and professional during the entire process (but we would recommend lowering the A/C temperature and having the option to keep it always on during the summer months).

It was a very nice home and a lovely place to spend a long weekend. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. Acme was very responsive to minor maintenance request. The house is in the airport flight path so it could be a little bothersome during pool time but not a big concern nor an issue for sleep.

A beautifully updated home with a wonderful Palm Springs vibe and incredibly comfortable furnishings. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The operating company was outstanding in the clarity of instructions and responsiveness. We had one or two very minor issues and they had people at the house to resolve them almost immediately. One of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Sad to leave but will be excited to return!

Great property for travel with our adult children. Bedrooms each have king size beds. The outdoor area was very thoughtfully planned. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub on cool December evenings!

We returned from a lovely week at this property and couldn't be happier. The property is in immaculate condition, is well stocked, and has a lovely backyard and pool. We were very comfortable with our party of 4 adults and a toddler. Furthermore, the property was excellently managed. ACME was very easy to work with and responded very quickly to questions about getting a rental crib and high chair dropped off (this was all delivered and set up before we arrived with zero headache). A very stress free, high quality accommodation. We would highly recommend!

This property is amazing! Cleanliness, communication, comfort and amenities! This house has it all! I wanted to find a place that was kid friendly for my friends 1 yo child and this place checked all the marks. The pool was amazing and the grassy areas were just far enough for their baby to roam around and play outside. The kit chen was fully equipped and the complimentary coffee and tea was a definite plus! 10/10 would reccomend!

Very nice house, clean and a well stocked kitchen. Wish there had been a dvd player though. We stream but also like movies not available on internet. Only real complaint was the spa. It needs repair or service. It kept shutting itself off and requiring us to go manually turn the heater back on.

Party of 3 + toddler. We loved the property: the pool and the hot tub were the icing on top. Didn’t know there was such a strong anti music presence at the property but we understood. Must have had some serious issues with that in the past. Overall loved our stay and was a great place for our little one. Even had some toys and floats to use! Great kitchen had everything we would have needed! Thanks

Over the holiday we met our adult family members in Palm Springs for a vacation. The house was perfect --we took turns cooking dinners and grilling out plus Palm Springs has many great restaurants to choose from. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit offered a relaxing respite. There is lots to do in Palm Springs and Joshua Tree Park is close enough for several hikes including exploring Pioneer Town. A fun place to visit and a great place to stay in Palm Springs!

Overall Comment This house was the perfect place for my family to get away. Our kids ages 7 & 9 swam in the pool, played beanbag toss and loved laying in the turf. Each room has a king sized bed with comfortable bedding & ample pillows. Each room is also has a ceiling fan which makes sleeping very comfortable no matter how how it is. I hope to be able to visit this house again. There was some negative remarks about the house sitting at the end of the runway for the Palm Springs airport & while there is some plane noise the airport is small and the flights are not often. This house is worth the 20 seconds of flights noise that you may hear. My kids and myself enjoyed watching the commercial, private & antique planes from the nearby air museum fly by.

Overall Comment Great house. The colors are cheerful, the pool a nice size, the grounds very good for multiple places to enjoy and offer social distancing. This house was the most comfortable and most well appointed than others we have rented. Nothing is missing in the kitchen so it great for cooks.

Overall Comment What a beautiful property. The house had any and everything you could ever need, especially when it comes to kitchen utensils (a glass for any occasion!). The backyard was huge and had little "zones" for just about anything you'd want to do. Will be back for sure. We had one little hiccup with the oven and the pool but the management company was quick to send someone.

House was perfection - 3 bed 2 bath - with large private yard in the back what was hedges completely for privacy with a large free form pool and spa. We would go back to this house in a heart beat! This house has everything you want... great kitchen, lots of entertaining/eating areas, super comfy living room with a large couch (wish more places thought about their couch choices) and outside is perfect... lots of hang out spaces, great pool, hot tub, fire pit and cornhole. Overall Comment This was our 2nd time visiting Palm Springs in 1 year. Once again, we used Acme and this property was outstanding in every way! Everything you will need is provided -- cooking, serving, cleaning, laundry, etc. (With one exception -- pool floats! We bought some but inventory was pretty picked over.) The sheets and pillows were among the best I have ever slept on! The house layout was perfect -- just a few steps to pool and hot tub. Loved the gas fire-pit. Very cozy, comfortable and beautifully designed! The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!! The ONLY drawback (and I say only because I loved this place) was the location -- right next to airport. Planes, at times, were loud and continuous. It really didn't bother me but it bothered my husband. The plane traffic was light early in the week and intensified throughout the week. Again, it didn't really bother me but thought I would put that out there. Beautiful, beautiful property!!!

Overall Comment Several friends and I get together annually to a different destination. Under the Palms this year has been our best accommodations yet. The back yard is the perfect place to relax under the SoCal sun. The house is well-equipped, check in and out was easy, and the place was very clean and comfortable. I’d gladly come back!

Overall Comment We are a group of 6 women who have been traveling together for 27 years. Under the Palms exceeded our expectations. The home is perfect for a relaxing get away. The living space is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything that you need. The beds are all comfortable. The bathrooms work well for multiple people. The outside areas are beautiful. We all highly recommend Under the Palms.

Overall Comment Just a relaxing weekend with my Wife and another couple. The place was impeccably maintained and the owner was quite thoughtful in stocking the home with everything you could need. The home is not within walking distance to anything of note, but everything you want to see is within a short drive away. Our one compliant would be the local laws prohibiting the playing of music outside in residential neighborhoods. I can understand limiting noise at night but fining people for playing music on a Saturday afternoon at a respectable volume is more than a bit draconian. TLDR - Awesome mid-century home that's been tastefully remodeled and includes great amenities, the city needs to revisit their noise ordinance laws.

Stayed at Under the Palms, Palm Springs. Absolutely amazing property, well equipped, well maintained, well managed. Couldn't really fault anything other than the freezer wasn't really freezing but in the whole scheme of things didn't really impact a great deal and if I'd spoken to anyone about it I'm fairly confident it would have been dealt with. There were six of us staying in the property and it was extremely comfortable. Enough seating for all of us and more, abundance of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment. Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone or returning.

What a perfectly perfect vacation home! Wow! The winds were on and off and the temps were between 75 and 85 degrees - not bad considering it was late in the season for these parts. Under the Palms was a great place to come and just hang out. We enjoyed every minute! Your home is the nicest Acme home we have ever experienced and we come every year! Decor, design - superb!!!!

Overall Comment This is an exceptional home. The design is awesome, modern, but not cold, just comfortably elegant (singing high praises to the designer). Perfectly appointed on all fronts. The backyard is a true oasis. Once we walked in the door, we found that Palm Springs Heaven we came for. The winds came on/off but it kept things from getting too hot. The location was curious at first but we found it every bit as central to everything as many of the other places we've stayed over the years. A sweet spot all around for sure!

Overall Comment Everything you needed in a vacation rental and more. The place was fully stoked with all the amenities, perfect size pool and hot tub, and great size backyard to relax in. My only minor minor issue was were told by a couple residents that the location is in the windy part of town and at times it was SUPER windy. Then other times it was a nice breeze which was refreshing with the warm weather and laying out by the pool. Other than that closeness to the PS Airport wasn't an issue as it's not an overly busy airport and the home itself was GREAT! We would totally go back!

Beautiful, clean, well appointed house that was a delight to stay in. Our concierge (Yasmin) was lovely and very helpful. The house comfortably slept 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the hide-a-bed was too! The arrival bottle of wine was a lovely surprise and was greatly appreciated! Everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoor living space was provided. The only thing missing was a teapot (????)! Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for our holiday week! We would rent it again in a heartbeat!
