THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This hi-style designer home has been carefully planned for entertaining, relaxing, and spending quality time with your travel companions. The impressive open floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style, and walls of glass around the house add an airy feel - blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
The oversized kitchen is open to the dining area that accommodates up to 8 guests. The adjacent living room has ample seating and a gas fireplace. There is also a separate media room with more comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, plus an adjacent cocktail bar - it's truly an entertainer's delight!
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Completely walled for privacy, the entire property feels like an upscale resort. In the backyard you'll find a large heated pool with a spa, an outdoor lounge area & al fresco dining. Carefully manicured gardens, towering palm trees and absolutely spectacular mountain views add to the magic of this property. From the moment you arrive at this amazing vacation home, you'll know you made the right choice.
Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV and ample storage. The spacious master suite has a King bed and an en suite bathroom with a massive bathtub and a separate shower. Both the master suite and its ensuite bathroom have direct access to the pool yard. One guest room has a King bed and one has a Queen bed. Both guest rooms have an en suite bathroom and sliding glass doors with outdoor access.
THE LOCATION
This gorgeous villa is tucked away in the exclusive Andreas Hills neighborhood - close to the South Palm Springs Business District and very close to some of the most beautiful hikes in Palm Springs. Just a short drive from restaurants, shops, boutiques, galleries, cabarets, the casino, convention center, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Cafes, grocers, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, bars and other neighborhood conveniences are all nearby.
OPTIONAL LUXURY SERVICES
Concierge Services including Daily and Mid-stay Maid Service, Private Chef, Pre-arrival grocery stocking and poolside massage can be arranged. Three-week prior notice requested. Advanced Booking strongly advised.

"My husband, son and I had a great time at Blanca Vista. The house is spotless and chic, and the backyard view of the San Jacinto Mountains is stunning. A truly unique place. The only thing missing is a fire pit!"
Fantastic Home away from home
"Blanca Vista was a dream. The view around the home is almost 360 degrees of mountains. Hiking paths are a short walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet and removed, yet close to the downtown. The home itself was amazing. Light streams in from every angle with all of the windows and sliding doors. We had Thanksgiving here and were well appointed in the kitchen with everything we needed to cook and serve dinner. The extras provided made our stay easier...detergent pods, coffee/creamers, t.p., etc. We wanted for nothing. And the pool/spa....well, what can I say? We lived out there and were VERY happy. Thanks Acme for the wonderful service and stay. "

August getaway
"Everything about this house was perfect. My husband and I spent the month of august in this lovely spacious home. Nice large bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. The kitchen was very conducive for making great meals especially with the gas grill right outside from the kitchen. We especially loved the sunken bar. The outdoor space/ pool is so large and so private. We would rent this house again in a heart beat. The neighborhood is breathtaking and so convenient for walking and hiking in the hills. Acme was a great rental company. We had some issues with the pool but they were so efficient in getting things taken care of. Will for sure be working with them again. "

Gorgeous House with Million Dollar Views
"We had a great stay at Blanca Vista. The house and furnishings were absolutely gorgeous. The pool yard was magnificent. The culdesac location way up in Andreas Canyons was sublime. We were a little concerned when the management company alerted us that there was construction in the neighborhood --- but we could not pass up the bargain price for a property that looked so deluxe in the pictures. What a great decision. We would have expected to pay twice as much for a property like this. And during our 5 day stay we were only aware of the nearby construction twice for just a couple of hours each time. What a bargain! If there was not the little inconvenience of the construction we would have given this stay 10 stars if we could have."

"We called our Vacation Planner at Acme to let her know we were looking for a super value on a spectacular house for my husbands 40th birthday. She suggested Blanca Vista which was set with special value pricing because of construction in the neighborhood. We just couldn't pass up the bargain and had to give it a try. Wow! This place is off the hook beautiful. The pool is surrounded by a rose garden and the best views we have ever seen in Palm Springs! We did hear a little construction activity on the weekdays but not on the weekend. It was really no big deal. Thanks Acme for being up front and honest about the construction but honestly there is work going on everywhere in Palm Springs and this is not nearly as loud or interruptive as we have experienced during past stays at a hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Thanks again! Great time!"

The property was in top shape and the outdoor private yard with pool was the hit of the trip. The interior was nicely furnished with a mid-century modern feel that was very welcoming.
