THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property has just the right combination of sun and shade. Outdoors you'll find a heated pool and spa that is surrounded by an exterior shower, occasional seating, lounge chairs and gorgeous mountain views. The pool and chaise loungers are in full sun - while the spa, alfresco dining and outdoor living room are shaded for comfort. Relax under the covered outdoor living pavilion at the custom-built dining table with fire feature or in the outdoor living room. This property has a great space plan and all the amenities you want on vacation - it's the perfect place for living the good life!
Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.
THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This bright and spacious vacation home has been perfectly planned for comfort - the free flowing floor plan provides enough space for your group to spread out and enjoy. It is extremely well appointed and has all the amenities you would expect including WiFi, 5 Smart TVs, pool table, fireplace, comfortable sleeping quarters, linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV and ample storage. The Master Suite has a King bed, sitting area, en suite bath and direct access to the pool yard. Two of the Guest Rooms have King beds - and the other a Queen. They all share access to a full bathroom as well as a powder room.
EXCELLENT LOCATION
Central location in a quiet residential area surrounded by neighborhood conveniences. Casual dining, grocers, coffee shops and hamburger places line the outer perimeter of the neighborhood. There is a lot in walking distance including Panorama Park, a 7.5 acre community gathering space with a walking path, softball field, basketball court, tennis and volleyball.
You will be just a short 5 mile drive or Uber Ride from the airport, downtown Palm Springs and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! The El Paseo Shopping District and The River Entertainment Complex are also very close. You'll have easy access to dozens of hiking trails and Public and Private Golf Courses.

"The price was a bit high for what we got and the time of year. Because it was so hot (being it was mid-August) and the pool is so small it wasn’t refreshing at all by 1-2 in the afternoon. By afternoon the pool was probably close to 85-90 degrees. Otherwise home was extremely clean. Kitchen had pretty much everything you would need for cooking."
"This was a great place to stay for a long holiday weekend. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. The cabana cover over the hot tub area was such a treat at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for a lovely at-home dining experience with a great grill with tables inside and outside. The home was put together very thoughtfully and I would recommend staying at Beyond The Palms to anyone visiting the area."
The perfect getaway
"Words can’t describe the experience we had with Acme rentals and the Beyond The Palms at Panorama. Beautiful house with EVERY amenity possible. Super clean and we felt super safe staying there. They took care of every detail in cleaning and sanitizing for today’s world. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect as well as the fire pit for nighttime games. Close to a park for bike rides as well as close to the freeway for easy in and outs of town.
My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay there for longer as some other family was coming in behind us to have the same great experience we did.

Just what we needed!
"We really needed a change of scenery due to SIP. The home was spacious and well kept. It had everything we needed and more. We specifically looked for a home with a private pool and this one was perfect for our family of 4. The pool table & puzzles were added bonuses. We would like to book this house again during cooler weather so we could explore the area more. "
Great Deal in High Season
"We booked the Beyond the Palms right in the middle of the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, so a deal was not to be we thought. We booked this home and loved it. The only thing they forgot was a few dishwasher pucks which they immediately brought over next morning. Excellent service...great house and wonderful pool and hot tub. The water pressure isn't that good but that's as much as we can complain."
Great Family Get Away
"We had our thanksgiving at this property this year. The house was very clean, great family space, fully equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. I highly recommend this property. The only negative I can come up with was the shower in the master bathroom was a little slippery and might recommend safety grip on the floor, not even a negative as much of a concern. We visited the Palm Springs Tram and the Zoo and had a light lunch at the Little Bar downtown. The staff at ACME were attentive and responded immediately to questions. Thank you for a wonderful holiday memory."
Golf Trip
"Beyond The Palms was perfect for our Foursome. Perfect location near golf courses. Close to Downtown Palm Springs and The River in Rancho Mirage. We really enjoyed the Yard House. Went there twice. The bedrooms were good size and very comfortable. The pool table was great. Highly recommended for a group of friends who want lots of space and amenities without breaking the bank. "
Super Value. Convenient Location.
"This property was excellent for our Golf Excursion. The price was great for 4 bedrooms in such nice condition. Took off 1 star because we wished there was another full bath. Other than that the property worked very well for us. Close to restaurants. Very close to Desert Princess Golf Club. All the furnishings seemed new and were very comfortable. The house felt large. Pool yard was private. Can't beat the price for all the space inside and outside."
