CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

• 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of making a booking.
• 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival Date - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater than 48 Hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 Days Prior to Arrival Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
• 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

* If you did not book at www.acmehouseco.com or via phone with ACME House Company, and booked through a third-party website such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas, or Plum Guide, your cancellation policy is subject to the different cancellation policies set by the specific channel.  Please refer to the cancellation policy on the site in which your booking occurred as this will be the cancellation policy governing your reservation.

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 29 nights or longer:

• Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
• Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
• Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
• 60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
