Eight4Nine Restaurant and Lounge

Palm Springs' Uptown Design District has evolved into a fun destination with lots of great shops. One of the most glamorous additions to the neighborhood is Eight4Nine Restaurant & Lounge. (The name reflects its location, 849 North Palm Canyon.) The restaurant is always packed with diners enjoying a diverse menu influenced by Executive Chef Chuck Courtney's lifetime of living and cooking on the West Coast. And the layout of the space is festive and unconventional with a lounge/bar area, the Grand Corridor, and multiple private dining rooms—each with its own stylish mix of colorful furniture and artwork. There’s also a large, inviting patio with views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
