THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in stylish South Palm Springs, this completely remodeled home has been perfectly planned for comfort and relaxing in the sunshine! Vaulted and beamed ceilings add an airy feel to this spacious 3,300 square foot vacation home. The free flowing floor plan provides enough space for your entire group to spread out and enjoy. It has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - fabulous kitchen and bathrooms, high end appliances and fixtures, wet bar, gas fireplace and moveable walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Tiki Palms captures the fun of Southern California living! Beautifully landscaped and completely walled for privacy, the lovely setting features towering palm trees, lush grass and a mature hedge surround - showcasing the stunning mountain views. Gorgeous saltwater pool with integrated waterfall spa, tiki bar with prep area and sink, built-in BBQ, misters, and outdoor dining. All the amenities you want on vacation - it's the perfect place for living the good life!
Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The 4 deluxe bedrooms have been beautifully styled like an exclusive boutique hotel and each feature a hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. Three of the bedrooms have private en suite baths. The 4th guest room has easy access to the hallway full bath. The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, gas fireplace, and private pool access. One of the other guest rooms has a King bed while the other two have Queens.
THE LOCATION
Located on a cul-de-sac, this quiet residential neighborhood is ideal for walking and bike riding. Flat picturesque streets are lined with towering Palm Trees and gorgeous architecturally significant properties. You will be close to hiking trails, fine dining restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment venues and local conveniences like grocery stores, sandwich shops, and burger joints. Most of the homes on the now famous Palm Springs Door Tour can be found in the surrounding blocks.
Perfectly located for those who want to be close to everything! You will be less than a mile from the South Palm Springs Business District where you will find popular hot spots including the Purple Room, Koffii, Elmer's, Dead or Alive Wine Bar, Mr Lyons, Marisol, and Kreem.
OPTIONAL LUXURY SERVICES
Concierge Services including Daily and Mid-stay Maid Service, Private Chef, Pre-arrival grocery stocking and poolside massage can be arranged. Three-week prior notice requested. Advanced Booking strongly advised.

"The home is so much nicer than photos are able to convey. The home is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen is fantastic and we cooked our meals every night . We loved the pool and spa and everything worked well. The interior has a spacious floorplan with large rooms and nice separation of spaces. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.We had a minor issue with the dishwasher and Acme immediately send someone over to fix it. I cant say enough nice things about this property. We will definitely come back!"
Beautiful common areas, bathrooms could be updated
"We absolutely loved the house and it was a great place to stay as a family of 6 adults on a rainy Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen, living room, den, dining area and main bathroom were all beautifully updated and decorated--elegant, yet comfortable. And the pool, landscaping and view were lovely. The only "cons" were that the house backs up an a rather busy street and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were fine but could use some updating. We also had some issues with the spa not working and 3 roof leaks (!) but Acme was great about responding in a very timely manner and fixing what could be fixed. I can't say enough about Acme's excellent customer service!"

You've found it. You'll catch your breath the moment you walk through the front door of this beauty on the south side of town.
If you're someone who loves to celebrate a new day, bring your coffee and a bagel outside to the tiki bar / pool and enjoy the morning sunshine on the mountains. If you're a foodie and you feel like throwing a Thanksgiving dinner for eight, the spectacular gourmet kitchen and dining area are right there for you. If you'd just like to get away from the world for a moment or two, hide in your bedroom for a while - each is its own private oasis. And all this comes with a management company that's a complete pleasure.
In short, if you're looking for THE place to stay in Palm Springs, look no farther! I'll certainly be back."
