THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This bright and spacious vacation home has been perfectly planned for comfort - the free flowing floor plan provides enough space for your group to spread out and enjoy. It has all the amenities you would expect including WiFi, 4 flatscreen TVs, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sleeping quarters. This is the type of home where you can sit back, put your feet up and not worry about a thing.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Walled and gated for privacy, the yard features a heated, in-ground pool and spa, lounge chairs, a covered outdoor dining pavilion and BBQ. The La Quinta Cove is known for its spectacular mountains and you can take in the view while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. It's the perfect desert getaway!
Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms feature a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV and ample storage. The Master Suite has a King bed and en suite bath. The second Guest Room has a Queen bed and the third has two Twins. The Guest Rooms share easy access to the hall full bathroom.
THE LOCATION
Located on a quiet residential street in the beautiful La Quinta Cove, at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Just blocks from endless hiking trails and minutes from Old Town La Quinta where you'll find restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries and salons. On Sunday mornings in season, Old Town hosts the Certified Farmers' Market. This part of La Quinta is just 6 miles to the Polo Grounds where Coachella, Stagecoach and other festivals are held. Public and private golf courses dot the area and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just a short 5 mile drive. Grocery stores, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

"Wonderful home with a beautiful pool that was sparkling clean upon arrival. Due to it being Labor Day Weekend, they were very busy so I had a few hiccups with communication surrounding check-in and minor issues during my stay. Overall a great experience and wonderful value for the space."

Perfect Hideaway
"Very clean and comfortable. I especially loved the open feeling of the living room area and the quiet pool area with a view of the mountains. The house is located a 5 minute walk to some good hiking trails and a 5 minute drive from Old Town La Quinta and some excellent dining options. The house is a great option if you are looking to get a way from the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking forward to returning for another getaway."
