Fab Four at El Mirador - Gorgeous Midcentury Pool Home w/ Resort-Style Yard!!

Fantastic Stay

"We spent one month at the Fab Four home in El Mirador and it was hard to leave! Loved the location - close enough to walk to Palm Canyon Drive for coffee each morning and a quick 5-10 minute drive to many of the shops & restaurants in Palm Springs. 20-30 mins if going to Palm Desert or La Quinta. The house is perfectly situated if you’re looking for the best light/sun exposure in the winter months. The house itself is extremely well planned, well decorated with a great layout. The beds and pillows are very comfortable (I’m super picky about this!) and nice linens. The living room is a tad small but ample enough as you don’t spend much time inside (with the master bedroom sitting area right off the living area it helped accommodate needed space) Plenty spaces & internet capacity for WFH along w/ online school for students. We did quite a bit of cooking & did contribute whisks and spatulas (as noted were missing by previous guests) but there are great supplies of plates, dishes silverware & serving pieces. While the cookware is ample a few non-stick pans would be nice. The yard is definitely the highlight and is one of the best you will find. The bar with built in bbq was so great! The outdoor table seats 8-10. Very comfortable seating around the fire pit. Lovely integrated hot tub/spa and pool. Just enough grass with very well manicured grounds. The ping pong area was welcomed too! You lose sun at about approximately 3:30 behind the mountains (we stayed the month of November). The management company (Acme) was also very responsive - not that we had any issues with the home (I would look to rent from an Acme managed home again). It was very clean upon arrival and we felt welcomed the moment we walked in the door. Wonderful experience and fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again. We made wonderful family memories in a home that exceeded our expectations and met our needs perfectly! Thanks to the owners for sharing your lovely ho"

"We had a great time! Backyard is wonderful. House needs a few tweaks - more kitchen utensils, AC system needs to be a bit stronger. But, overall, really great and we would stay there again!"

"The whole family stayed at Fab Four last week of August to celebrate our wedding anniversary and hubby's birthday...and what a week to remember! In spite of the 110 degrees weather we enjoyed both the house and the yard equally. The house was very comfy for everyone. If you are foodies like we are and just want to cook at home, the kitchen is well equipped and roomy enough for everyone to participate. The barbecue was also working perfectly well. The outdoor is very pleasant. We mostly hung in the pool during the day and sat around the firepit at night. Definitely a beautiful lush yard with fantastic mountain views. Great house! Great yard! Great time! "
