Welcome to the Lemon Twist - a completely renovated Palm Springs vacation home that has been updated for the way we live today! New kitchen, baths, floors, windows, doors, climate control system. The fabulous resort-style pool yard has been completely walled for privacy. Gorgeous mountain views from the heated inground pool, spa, and covered outdoor living pavilion. Awesome outdoor bar and lounge area with a huge fire feature. Yes - there are even gorgeous twinkly lights, a corn hole game and mini golf. This place is off the charts gorgeous! Here at Lemon Twist - it’s all about having fun and relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
As beautiful as the interior spaces at Lemon Twist are - it is the outdoor spaces that are the crowning glory. At every turn you’ll find another Wow-Moment. Completely walled and gated for privacy - the entire yard is surrounded by a lush Ficus Hedge. Spectacular mountain views from the inground pool, spa and outdoor living pavilion. You’ll find al fresco dining, a full bar area, a fire pit lounge, mini golf, corn hole and twinkly lights that come on in the evening to create an entirely different vibe that can only be described as magical.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Lemon Twist is a better-than-new, high-style designer home where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. Gorgeous but not precious. Beautiful yet family-friendly. This is the type of home where you can put your feet up, relax and enjoy a stress-free, worry-free vacation. And yes - please help yourself to the Lemon Heads - the property owners left them there for you to enjoy.

The interior living areas have been perfectly space-planned for spending time with your entire group or stealing away for some alone time to curl up with a good book. The well-stocked chef’s kitchen is perfect for individual or group meal prep. The interior dining room easily fits 8 to 10 guests. The living room features a large sectional sofa facing the fireplace and huge flat screen television plus more seating in the additional chat area.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths - so the home easily sleeps 8 adults. Each bedroom has that calm boutique hotel feeling. All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hospitality-quality mattresses, ample storage, and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a deluxe spa-inspired en suite bath, plenty of closet space and french doors that open up to the pool yard. There is a queen guest room and two additional king guest rooms (one can be converted to two twin beds upon request).

THE LOCATION
Lemon Twist is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs just a short stroll from Ruth Hardy Park -- and very close to the world famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all nearby. The Convention Center, The Casino and the public tennis courts are also very close. You'll be just minutes from movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues. You'll find grocery stores, burger joints, sandwich shops and every other convenience imaginable, all within about a mile from this gorgeous property.

Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.

We were two adults and four kids (ages 9 and 11) staying here and the space was fantastic. The pool and outdoor spaces were amazing and we easily spent hours just hanging out at the house. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, oil, coffee, and tea and everything we needed to prepare lots of meals at the house. The house and outdoor space were well decorated--we really enjoyed the lemon theme. We had an issue with the pool heat not working and someone was there to address it within a couple hours of us putting in a service request. It is definitely worth it to pay the extra fee for them to heat the pool! the location made it easy to drive into the center of Palm Springs and it was less than 5 mins away from a grocery store and pharmacy. The only cons are that we found the the beds to be uncomfortably soft for adults and two of the bedrooms face the street, which was busier at night than we were expecting and a little noisy. We would definitely return here for another trip!

The ACME team made this stay picture perfect. The house is good and near downtown. Everything is well maintained and the outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit every day. The house is 10 minutes from downtown. Ira on a semi busy street, across from a busy school so the fire alarms and bells are noticeable. But it’s close to everything and we had a blast. The ACME team made everything from check in to a minor issue to check out smooth.

Great layout and amazing outdoor space - we used it all - lounging around the pool, swimming, soaking in the hot tube, outdoor dining, outdoor bar & bbq, fire pit and serious putting competitions ! All of the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed! We even got ice cream delivered across the street daily (ice cream truck stops every day after school).

Sunshine and Lemons

This is a nice home with a killer back yard! Even though it was a bit cool, we loved the pool, spa, and the flame table. Great space to BBQ and the putting green was a kick. The house is appropriately furnished with two fireplaces which came in handy, given the chilly nights. The kitchen was adequately provisioned. The coffee maker didn't work the first morning and the replacement the next day was busted as well, but ACME, the property manager was great about responding and delivered to us on day three a brand new one. The location is handy to downtown if you're a walker. The only drawback we noted was the traffic noise. The house is on a busy street and two of the bedrooms are on the street side. We got used to it fairly quickly and given the beds and pillows were so comfortable, everyone slept fine. Fun place for a family.

The lemon twist was the perfect house for our family celebration. The kitchen was very well appointed as well as being decorated to perfection with a mid century vibe and very cool wallpaper. All four bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds and blankets. Plenty of towels. The outside was a playground onto itself with a wonderful hot tub and pool, cornhole, putting green and lovely bar and bbq with plenty of outdoor seating. I would love to go back when the weather is a bit warmer. It was perfect for our hiking day.

Our family of 8 adults had a perfect stay at the Lemon Twist in Palm Springs. The attention to details was amazing! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed: multiple sets of new dishes and glasses, ample pool towels, lemon rafts, and even a box of goodies for our pup! The beds were soooo comfy it was hard to wake up! And there were plenty of usb ports and wifi for those of us who had work to do. The house is about a 15 minute walk to Uptown. Best of all, we enjoyed all the fun spaces including the putting green, fire pit and corn hole game. Thank you to whoever was responsible for creating this welcoming home!

The online photos of the home are wonderful, but upon entering, it was even more beautiful! The artwork and adorable little touches really add to the home. Lovely Palm Springs birthday weekend with 3 couples

We stayed at the Lemon Twist for 4 nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was perfect for 3 couples! I probably looked at every Acme property that could sleep 6-8 and it took me a month to choose Lemon Twist -- it did not disappoint! It was important for us to have a large kitchen as we made a lot of meals and hired a private chef one night. Beds are truly comfortable and the air conditioning kept up well with daytime temps in high 90's. The layout is great and open and we were never on top of each other. Love how the master bedroom has doors out to the patio and then there are two sets of doors out to the pool. Even though we didn't watch much TV the living room was a fun lounge area. We used every eating area but especially loved the outdoor table by pool for brunch and then the outside table & high top grill area for dinners. The yard is like a U-shape around the house and I worried it would separate our hangouts but instead it created neat spaces to enjoy either pool time, cornhole/grill/fire pit, or golf (also used putting green as yoga/workout area). Twinkly lights and high green hedges make it very private. Great location if you have a car and it's sort of nice it's on a busier street so you don't have to stress about your voices outside as much. We respected the music/voice ordinances and the only time we played music was from a cell phone on low volume by the pool while we were under a wind advisory so sound didn't travel. Overall Comment The pros: The backyard is fantastic. We were a very small group, but this yard and house is great layout for a larger group. The outdoor grill was really nice and the kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Good customer service by the property management company. The cons: The house is located on a busy street, but if you spend most of your time in the great backyard, you do not really notice it. There was heavy construction at the house next door and on the street in front of the house. The pool heater did not work for the first few days and the spa heater stopped working a couple of times... but each time we called the property management company was very responsive and sent someone out to work on it.

Overall Comment My group thoroughly enjoyed it and all its offerings. The inside is extremely comfortable and spacious. The outside has so made living, seating, and relaxation areas, it was hard to use them all. It is a great house to use for those wanting group fun and those needing a separate space for quite/privacy/work. The kitchen amenities were totally undersold. This place is stacked with cooking ware and even a spice rack. A storm blew in and caused some power & pool heat issues. ACME was very responsive to our service calls. One down side, there was heavy construction next door and in the street in front of the house. This was disruptive at times. We'd all stay here again!

Overall Comment We were 6 adults, 2 kids and our dog Reggie - the house's layout and all the amenities were perfect for a family trip like this. We cook a lot - kitchen is perfect size, and opens into the living room and the dining room so perfect location, and was equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor areas are also amazing! We loved The Lemon Twist and will be back again! If there's one thing I'd ask to improve, it's the Hot Tub's temperature. It was a 'Luke warm' tub, so we could not take advantage of it. We were told it was a residential level hot tub temperature, but I have stayed at other houses so I do know that it should be hotter than what it was...

Online photos don't do it justice. Even nicer in real life. Clearly a lot of thought went into make this home comfortable, livable and fun. The back yard has it all - so much so that we hardly left the property. We played mini golf, swam, and took lots of photos. This house is all about crazy fun photo opps. Mountain views were spectacular. We were concerned at first about the location on what seemed to be a kind of main road - but it was not an issue at all. In fact it turns out the location had us very close to everything. This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.

Near Perfect but we wanted to stay longer

We really enjoyed our time at the Lemon Twist. Great house, great pool, and lots of different places to relax both indoors and outdoors. The highlight for the kids was the mini golf. For the adults it was the outdoor bar and lounge. The instagramming millenials who were with us loved all the different places to take pictures - especially the big yellow stripes. We did take off one star because we wanted a late check out when our plane got delayed at the last minute and were told no because another guest was checking in later that day. We just don't think it would take more than two hours to clean for the next guest but the reservations team would not work with us to extend our stay. Just a slight mar on an otherwise perfect vacation.

We travel a lot and often stay in vacation rentals. Lemon Twist was the best experience ever. Since it is fairly new to the vacation rental market there were a few slight glitches to be worked through but the team from Acme was so quick to respond and so nice to deal with - that we didn't mind at all. And the place was so fantastic - that any minor inconvenience was totally offset. Daytime by the pool and spa. Night time at the outdoor bar and firepit lounge. The kitchen was great and there were huge TVs in every room. Terrific house for all ages!
