Great Shakes, located in the heart of downtown, is the answer to your prayers. There are 25 shakes and malts to check out—everything from Key Lime Pie to Caramel Coffee Crème to Peanut Butter and Banana—and you can also get creative and make your own drink using any of the available ingredients. The shop has a fun, retro vibe with classic black-and-white photographs on the walls of past Palm Springs luminaries such as Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, and Dean Martin.
